Would look elsewhere next time

Location

Too warm, long hallways, no help for disability, bed too firm. Young, active people are probably happy here.

We were not too impressed with The Inn at Aspen other than the free shuttle to anywhere in Aspen. They need a major make

The restaurant and bar were an asset to the facility. The free shuttle anywhere you needed to go in and around Aspen was a plus!

It is run down and needs to be refurbished!

Too expensive, poor quality

The location was nice and we could ski right to our door. The front desk staff was great!

The pillows have to be the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We even tried removing the pillows and stuffing sweaters in the pillow cases. It was awful. The hotel is very dated/ dingy/ popcorn ceiling etc. Also, the walls are paper thin and we heard every word our neighbors were saying. Another disappointment was after one quick knock on the door, the cleaning crew walked in our room at 9:12 in the morning when we were laying in bed. Thankfully we were awake but couldn’t believe they just walked in. Seriously, for $700/night, you would think they could afford some updating and seriously…those pillows. We would not stay here again.

Good location and staff, rooms could be a bit better but overall I had a great experience.

I liked everything besides the two things I listed below.

All rooms aren’t updated like shown on their website and third party websites. Bathroom was dripping water from the ceiling after showering.

Lovely hotel, but restaurant will not be to everyones taste

Although a little way out of Aspen the complementary bus service was very well run and wait times short.

Unfortunately the restaurant which is right by the hotel entrance is separately run from the hotel. The hotel itself will parable appeal to a wide variety of people, but unless you like Mexican food and barbecued meat in an american sports bar environment, the restaurant is unlikely to appeal as much. And that means a trip to town to eat.

A home away in Aspen

The location just off the town of Aspen, 5 minutes drive A Room with a view to the pool, hot water jacuzzi and ski slope and a patio for high tea Homy lobby to the hill

The price in the week-end, i wish to stay longer here

we got an remodeled room, so everything was new and clean.

There is no thermostat in room, so we couldn’t use AC/Heater.

Great location and great place to stay. We will be back!

Great location and the room was wonderful. Good BBQ restaurant on site and very convenient overall to Aspen.

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early. The manager said we'd have to go through Booking.com for a refund. Booking.com said it was up to the hotel. We knew it was a long shot to be refunded for that night we didn't stay but am disappointed overall.
