Overall I don't think I will stay again

I like the activities and the amenities

Customer service, the overall room and size, rooms need upgraded in the non timeshare holder rooms, some type of coverage in the breezeway in case of rain.

Enjoyable and relaxing until that embarrassment

I loved the entertainment and tiki hut. Majority of the employees were courteous and always asked if it was anything they could help with. Loved karaoke night on Monday

The bartender Monday racially profiled us suggesting that my guest was smoking marijuana and cause embarrassment to us by having the security guess approach us while everyone was outside by the pool area enjoying the pool and karaoke. Instead of asking she assumed and I was totally fiber blasted by the allegations

It was a great stay and very much needed.

Close proximity to the beach and stores. I like the comfort of the studio.

The parking was a challlenge. Nevertheless, it all worked out. The internet was not working and this was somewhat of an inconvenience.

we got two bedrooms suite. comfortable and full kitchen. Very Clean. the beach is walking distance. Pompano has a beautiful Beach Village.

check in staff : extremely rude and didn’t give any information at all. After “check in”it was required to go to the concierge. The concierge was completely different : Supernice and helpful.

Was a lovely resort with beautiful rooms but I am dissapointed that I didn't get what I paid for.

The staff and the room were very nice. Would stay there again, if I knew what I was paying for unlike this time.

Booking.com did a terrible job of advertising what I was actually paying for. I expected to stay in the building on the beach but that was not remotely the case. I am hugely dissapointed that we were robbed of that experience because of a poor job done by the website. I make poverty wages and thought I would for once treat my girlfriend and finally stay in a beach view room which she has never done before. However my hopes and expectations were dashed.

Great location, very clean, and the pools were great

Was told check in was 4 pm. We arrived at 445pm to check in and were told our room wasn't ready yet and they would call me when it was. Around 745 pm it started raining very very hard outside. We were completely soaked and had to sit in our cars to wait. They finally called at 830 pm and to let us know our room was ready. At 6pm I had gone back to the main lobby and complained about waiting, they sent the manager out to speak to me and her reply was "check in BEGINS at 4 pm and my room will be ready when it's ready she can't help it" after driving for 24 hours to get there we just wanted to get to our room to relax, shower and change. I would never go back there regardless of how wonderful everything else was and would never recommend them to anyone!

Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is great, parking is free, kitchen in two bedroom unit is helpful when traveling with young kids

it’s a little tired, but they did do some renovations which is nice, nothing luxurious though

It was good but with a few minor changes, could have been much better.

Good location, property was well maintained. Staff was courteous.

Looked forward to spending time on the beach but the beach was covered with rotting seaweed that smelled really bad. We couldn’t walk along the waterline like we always love to do because of the seaweed. We requested a king bed but got a queen which wasn’t very comfortable. The resort didn’t have that many guests, so I don’t understand why we weren’t accommodated.

Warmth, kindness, cleanliness, the amenities, and the gardens - my stay was what I needed in my soul

For my room, I loved the closeness to the ocean, the warm pool and tiki bar and I particularly enjoyed the friendlyness of the ladies at the spa - they were awesome! Also, the lady who sat near the pool that was near the beach was very nice - I asked he questions and she was friendly and helpful in answering them. She was great!

A Nice Place To Visit

Friendliness of staff. Being enthusiastically greeted every time I passed by. We shared notes on restaurants and things to do. I have visited a property in the line up every spring or fall or both for 15 to 20 years. As a visitor I love that there are lots of good towels and great bed linens. The kitchen is well appointed. The Spa was very nice. I have brought my friends, kids and even my folks to stay with me here. You have never disappointed. It is too bad the pandemic has effected the industry so thoroughly.

Bathtub plug did not work water drained out, shower did not turn on enough to get hair thoroughly wet enough to properly shampoo and condition it, toilet ran, diverter between shower and tub not working correctly. Desk and coneirge staff could not work printer. This was a problem when I need written directions and a boarding pass. I must have waited for 30 minutes on at least 4 occasions to get no help. They could not look up directions on the computer and many other simple tasks. While you may have been understaffed you had no one there who could make a copy or even Google directions. They all had great attitudes to considering how overwhelmed they seemed.
