Super séjour à la plage

La situation Le stationnement sur les lieux La propreté des lieux et des piscines La magnifique vue sur l'océan et les dauphins Le confort des lits L'accès à la plage rapidement avec une douche pour se rincer au retour.

Le stationnement est un peu étroit pour les gros véhicules.

We stayed there in another condo last year with better beds and no roaches

The location is perfect, the beach is right there. I love their pools. They were a little chilly except the fifth floor pool but it was may. The room views were great, balconies, etc. Close enough to everything we wanted to see.

902 has roaches. I saw them the first day. I looked up reviews and on trip advisor there was a review in December that said the same thing. They called their guy who sprayed with OTC twice. He was friendly but it didn't help. We saw and photographed them every day and it put a damper on the trip having to store everything we could in the fridge and ziplock bags, double, wash everything. They were even in the dishwasher. I was and am still worried about bringing the roaches home. Vacasa promised me a partial refund and then did not refund anything. I couldn't afford to just be bout $1741 and move to another condo or hotel They claimed they had nothing free. I wasted a lot of time taking many pictures of roaches and getting the same responses from Vacasa but no resolution other then sending their person with OTC spray. I was in the smallest bedroom and the bed was very hard. The condo was dirty but I don't care so much about a hard bed and dirt at the beach. But Roaches really put a damper on things.

Convenient location but condo was a disappointment

Convenient location right on the beach

The carpet had big spots on it and was dirty as well as the upholstery in the condo. The condo was full of fruit flies also. We contacted the property mgmt but nothing was done about it

Pools were nice easy access to beach areas and easy to get in and out nice furniture comfortable clean beds clean bathrooms

Difficult parking. Low ceiling in garage and sometimes difficult to find a spot to fit into with oversized vehicle-we had pick up truck.

Don't waist your money

The pool area was nice

The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. The ice maker didn't work-theres no ice machine on any floor either. There was cockroaches in our condo.. ewwww.. Will never waist my money here again!

The rooms needed to be updated, carpets were old and had ripples in them that my grandson kept falling over, lack of staff on site, the whole condo needed to be updated

Room was very spacious. Great views from both balconeys. Good location on the beach not SUPER crowded in front of the condo.

Parking garage was a bit tight slightly harder to maneuver. But still doable. Not great communication regarding the code to get into the pool area or the main entrance in the ground floor. We had to get the code from another guest.

Cockroaches

Very quiet area.

Upon arrival and getting our belongings in room, daughter killed some type of bug near kitchen sink, i couldn't make out what it was because she smashed it. Well the next morning i get up and move something on stovetop and a baby roach runs across stove....DISGUSTING There were roaches in the room we stayed. It's kinda of hard to enjoy your stay when you see baby cockroaches crawling on countertops and stovetop while trying to prepare food for your family. They were crawling on stovetop and my grandbaby notice one on bar/countertop where bar stools are located. I did call to inform them and maintenance arrived with home defense spray to spray areas, but next day we saw more...which do understand that's not going to eliminate the problem. I was told there is monthly pest service which I don't doubt there is. Then they want to offer me $250, which to me is a slap in the face when you considered what I paid for a 4 day stay...Do NOT stay here, Room 1210.

After getting off to a poor start, we made it work.

Location.

Access to room. The code sent to me did not work. Called the phone number given and then waited on hold for 20 - 30 minutes to get a human. Explained the problem and was ask if I was sure. I had other members of my party try before I called. Was given a second code, which did not work either. After a pause I was told they would try to find another code. After some delay I was given a third code, which did work. If you are not going to have a human present, then you need to do a better job giving and setting the codes. Second, I have a granddaughter that crawls most of the time, due to a medical condition. Within the first few minutes of putting her down in the room; her hands, knees and the top of her feet/shoes were black. Other members of the party found that the bottom of their feet were black if they went without shoes in the room. Third, there needs to be someone to monitor the activities of the guests. 1. More than once there were dogs in the pool area. Not just passing through. 2. More than once guests were using the pool as a football practice field, I call it practice because they were hitting/splashing other guests using the pool. 3. I understand people use the pool for water games, but clearing the water from the pool, by the bucketful to get people on the sideline wet, is not an acceptable game for other guests. 4. Not everybody has the same taste in music, so to turn on your music at full blast and then walk away from the area is not good. 5. The decking/railing on the ramp to the beach area needs to be done in something other than black. Black and the sun heat up very quickly and burn the skin.

It was a very enjoyable weekend. Perfect place and wonderful surroundings.

It was like stepping into a home. Nice furniture, clean, plenty of space. Much better than a hotel room.

I had asked for close rooms. Ours were two floors apart. It was time consuming going back and forth, but we managed.

The view is gorgeous, but definitely not worth the money.

I loved the view and how close it was to the beach. Absolutely gorgeous view.

There were no public restroom anywhere on the facility. If you use the pool and have to use the restroom, you have to go all the way back to your room. This is horrible and made me completely grossed out because I am sure that all of the children were peeing in the pool. The room doesn't include any oven mitts, or absolutely any cookware that can go in an oven. Don't provide an oven, without mitts or pans! Also the floors in our place were so dirty. It made the bottom of our feet black. Gross.

Only two chairs on the balcony. We were a family of 8 to 10. Furniture outdated, old drab, looking on the inside kitchen was not furnished enough.
