My room was dirty the floor and the bathroom was the worst the bathtub had big dirty dirt inside we could not used the shower and tub, and they could not change our room and we had to sleep sitting up on the chair, it the worst hotel I have ever been, the other hotels in different states be much clean , suites do not look horrible like that at all

strategic location, the warm welcoming cookies, the politeness of the staff, and the breakfast was delicious, and the setting of the dining was perfect.

Great staff at check-in and I was surprised that they had vegan cookies
Wifi TERRIBLY poor and oftern not working properly both in the room and in the lobby.
Brekfast with very basic vegan options (only fruit and bread).
Dinner available, but wouldn't recomend.

Nice clean

Very clean. Safe location. Close to Target and a lot of different shops.
Initially they didn’t have our double bed room available but they automatically upgraded us to a junior suite. The junior suite was fine but the AC was not working so they upgraded us to the Presidential suite so ultimately it worked out.

Breakfast is not bad, but the varieties are always the same and do not change. Cleanliness is not good. While I was in the room, the cleaning lady entered the door. The receptionist lady did not her duties.

Location was great.
I didn't like that you had to pay $190 for a room for one night and you're not entitled to get breakfast. That was a bit of a bummer

I like when I had a problem the GM Kevin handled the situation And I was satisfied. The cookies there are awesome.
That I booked A family suite and the system kicked me out and gave me 2 double Queen size beds and I have 6 people with me

It was the first time I ever spent $18 on a plate of cold scrambled eggs. In retrospect it was the best thing they had. Conrad Hilton is rolling around in his grave thinking that his name is on this dump.
The place was filthy. The parking lot was series of potholes. The elevator door closed faster than you can get in and sent my wife to the 5th floor. Then would not reopen. The elevator repairman was on the 3rd floor when we finally got there, so I told him about it. If anything, he made it faster. From then on I made sure to put something in the door until we could safely get on. We were only given two towels, and never saw a housekeeper again.
No extra blanket in the closet or a bottom drawer. The thermostat on the wall turned out to be a "dummy" but it fooled us for the first night and we sat in the cold until the sun came up.
No one brought dry towels, dumped the garbage or provided any service for the balance of our stay. We called down to the desk several times to no avail. There was always a huge line because one girl was there by herself, doing the job of two or three people. When I came down to look at the measly assortment of snacks I was told that she had no change and could only sell something if I had the exact change. No problem I took a pack of Oreo's and had the $6.00 that they cost. I must have been very hungry. They had bottled water everywhere, but I recognized the brand as the water they sell at Home Depot for $9.00 for 2 cases. It is bottled somewhere in California.
On Saturday no receipt was put under the door, so we had to stand in that line again until she could print one. There were no menus there. The only ones were posted inside the elevator where there was no time to read them. The driveway out of this joint looked like something I saw in a war picture. It looked like not a dime has been spent on this dump since the beginning of the pandemic. Around here businesses use the pandemic as an excuse to eliminate payroll and maintenance expenses. It was refreshing to know they are doing the same thing in New Jersey.
We got breakfast someplace else where we thought the food would be warm.
