Very uncomfortable . Also double charged my bank account.very upset.

The bathroom walls had mold on the ceiling. Rusted tub from the leak that was coming from tub spout. The water leaking noise stopped my sleep The front desk staff was unfriendly and not very attentive.

Don’t stay here!!!

Nothing unsafe, not kept, no working AC or hot water

When we arrive we were unable to check in at 3. Then the first room had no working AC. When we went to shower the water came out brown then the hot water never worked. After 2 days countless calls to the front we were finally moved and I contacted booking. The next room was damp and had an off smell. By the end of the last two days we all had sore throats and cold like symptoms Now onto the safety of woman staying at this hotel like any hotel there are monthly or long term residents, however each night we (my sister and I) had very uncomfortable interactions with two men to the point the one would be out front and the other out back waiting and then follow us. The last night the one man then watched me exit my car and then get in my sisters so we could go out … when we returned he was laying in front of my car. They constantly had a tequila bottle with them and when I reported it to the front desk they told me their was nothing they could do about it. Over all Do NOT Stay here!!!!

Until I finish remodeling, I don’t recommend staying there

Breakfast was great.

The first room we had the carpeting was soaked, and had black mold on the ceiling. They moved us to another room.

Good

The hotel and the rooms are clean. The hallway and reception smells nice. The rooms are spacious and very tidy. I also liked the breakfast which consists of cheese omelette, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, pastries, bread, cereals, yogurt and beverages. The toiletries are dove products.

The pet fee is 75usd/night non-refundable which is too much! About 15 minutes drive to the beach and 10 mins drive to the riverwalk. The bed is too soft.

not a good place right now

they had construction going on and didn’t even bother telling us when we checked in. the biggest problem was the construction was right above our room and the hotel was booked so we couldn’t move

We didn’t like it due to lack of cleanliness and poor conditions of the room including the leaking of the AC.

The bedroom was not very clean, the AC vent (on the roof) was leaking and the sofa bed was terrible. Also, the bathroom should have been better cleaned. The mattress was super hard.

Stay at the Hampton Inn!!

It was clean and it a good location.

Staff was very rude. Check in lady was very unwelcoming and bothered to help. I also left a very expensive charger in the room and housekeeping "didn't find it" but I'm 10000% sure i left it. My mistake! While the hotel is not responsible, I've left many things before and every single time, they were able to ship it to me, at my cost. Which I would have been super happy to do so.

I loved my stay the staff treat you like family. The facility smelled amazing it were perfessionally clean. The breakfast was great I find no fault. I loved it.

I will continue to make this location my 1st choice

I always prefer this location. The location is central to my business needs & it's ALWAYS clean! The staff has always been really pleasant too (Check-in/out, maintenance & janitorial) I've stayed at this location multiple times over the past 4 years.

I usually get a suite so I didn't discover that the window frame in my room was broken until very late that night- I could hear the wind whipping all night during the storm. I let them know the next morning & the maintenance person went up to fix it so I'm sure it will be fixed before the next person stays! Anytime there has been an issue with a room, it has been addressed right away - the facility is not brand new, it has a little wear & tear.

Bad experience, never staying again.

The staff was friendly and it was in a good location. Close to where we needed to go.

The air vents were dusty, the bathroom toilet was not bolted down, along with the water pump was not working correctly. My husband had to put the chain on it once, then it wast filling up water to flush the next day. The room was very damp, and the bed felt like you were sleeping on a air mattress. We also had issues with the door keys. First set, worked until later the first night, had to get new, front desk said not to put them next to phone or cards. So next day, they were not near anything, just on the inside pocket of husband blazer, come back later the following day, and again same issue. Two times locked out. Lastly, I have a card on file to pay at property, we checked out thinking we are good. The lady had to come chase us to let us know, the "new" person put us in has cash to pay when we checked in. 🤦‍♀️ I do NOT recommend this hotel ever.
