It was very comfortable

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great.

The breakfast and the accommodations were very fine and well kept. There was a good selection of food and drinks

Will stay again when traveling.

Hotel employee at check in found a booking error and was able to fix it for us. I was very appreciative. Full breakfast is great.

No complaints. I prefer this hotel chain.

perfect for college graduation stay

clean, safe and secure hotel. well located to major roads and east reach to colleges . breakfast had many choices, vending machine on site for those snack moments. free coffee always available, fruit and selection of teas and hot drinks.

swimming pool was defective. we were made aware at check in

The facilities were good. The breakfast was pretty good and had more options than some average breakfasts that I have had.

The drapes were not functional. There were no drapes wide enough to cover the entire window, therefore anyone could see in if they wanted to plus the lights from outside both day and night were able to come in.

The pool and hot tub were out of order d/t maintenance. Had I known that before booking online I would have looked for another location to stay in Jamestown.

No clean towels or any in room service during a four day stay. Empty trash and clean towels shouldn't be too much to expect from this level of hotel

A great place to stay when visiting our daughter at Jamestown University

Place was clean the staff was very helpful will stay there again as my daughter goes to school at Jamestown university

The only criticism watch is not a big deal is the bed is getting soft in the middle and the room that we were in but it was still comfortable. We will definitely stay that motel again.

I do not think I am going to stay here again; there are other options.

The room had an odor -- sewer; The room was near the outside air compressors -- it was a bit noisy. The days I was there, the temps were very hot.
