Sorry I wouldn’t stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean although there were a couple of dirty dishes though. The staff were all great.

I didn’t like that there was no indication this was an extended stay hotel. I did not like that there was no room service until you stayed an entire week. I did not like there was no pool. Absolutely did not like the function of the air conditioner with the sensor which meant you roasted during the night since there’s no movement in the room.

Overall, really nice stay and staff was super accommodating.

The room was really nice. The business center was good. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated being able to change our reservations since our work schedule changed a day early.

The room was sold as a queen, but our bed felt more like a full-size/double. We would have liked to have a better selections for breakfast but we did understand that most guests stay longer and cooked in their suites, so that was just a personal perspective.

Construction makes it a bit messy!!

lots of construction going on -- place was a bit messy do to that. It should get better once his is done. Grout on tile and flour in bath room!!

It served our purposes but things were not up to snuff and were not addressed in a timely manner.

What breakfast? The location was perfect for us....just minutes from family that we were visiting.

We were not advised that the location would be undergoing major remodeling. The jacuzzi, laundry facilities

The new lighted mirror in bath room was worthless. Does not put light on your face. This was a big waste of money that was spent. In our bathroom the construction people left the walls unfinished near the bottom. need to check all rooms. Was in room 238

I never stayed in your hotel! You not only gave my reserved room away ... and down graded me from a suite to a standard. In the end u gave that one to someone else as well

It was very short but comfortable

I didn’t know there was a breakfast. I love the kitchen. I like having two double beds. I really like that cool pot that is always on the top of the stove. I really want one!

Noise from other people. Front desk person was clearly sick and I did not like that at all. Even without Covid sick people should not be spreading g germs.

Terrible

Nothing g! I was given a key to a room with a woman in the room. She screamed and said get the hell out! I apologized and shut the door. I checked out in the morning and was told by your front desk clerk I would get a full refund! It wasn't applied! I then went back that night and the gentleman at the front desk couldn't find me in there system! He finally found me. He then said I'll refund you tonight.
