Very nice area and the young ladies I felt with was very nice and helpful

Our tub was dirty and they left 2 used wet towels In the bathroom, also the ice bucket still ad ice In it melting so we didn’t use it

It’s a very clean hotel, the beds were comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water. The towel looked brand new. Wonderful breakfast buffet with waffle machine, scrambled eggs, meat, cereal, yogurt so much more. Coffee is available in the lounge and the best coffee we have had in a long time. Loved our stay with our 2 dogs.

What I didn’t like has nothing to do with the hotel but the people who like us have dogs but those who Do Not pick up their dogs Pooh!! Those people are going to ruin it for the rest of us who travel with dogs as it’s hard enough to find a nice place like this hotel! You have dogs so take bags with you!!

I booked the room through booking.com it only said a no smoking room which I abided by I smoked outside it did not say anything about my very small very well trained dog I was under the impression it was pet friendly after being there for 2 hours the latch lock me out of my room when I asked the staff to help me get back into my room it took them about 15 or 20 minutes to do so then I told the staff my remote control did not work could they replace it they did so when they brung remote to my room they had a piece of paper they wanted to charge me extra for my dog I did not like that they told me it would be $25 I agreed for one day under protest now looking at my bank account they have charged me for another day so I stay with you for 2 days and it cost me $310 I have very very recently lost my wife I came to the hotel because my water froze up and I did not have no heat in my home I only live 12 miles from your location I am a retired disabled fireman I cannot afford that much money for 2 days I only stayed there because it was 17° outside I would have froze to death in my car the gentleman at the front desk he wasn't so nice then the second day I did not get to take a shower or wash my hands because the water was off I understand that that was out of y'all's control but being locked out of my room overcharged for my dog having to go outside to smoke and putting up with a rude manager and having to pay $310 to save my own life I do have a huge problem with that please do not debit my card anymore he told me I would only be charged one time for the dog now I see I've been charged two times the hotel is a beautiful place but what good does it do when the staff does not have beautiful attitudes and you're overcharged I wish now I would have took a chance and slept in my car at least I would be able to eat this week also I need to add I have been an Entertainer my entire life I have stayed in thousands of hotels since I was 15 years old there's...
