Staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was a little slow but we didn't mind because it is such a relaxing and wonderful environment. We will definitely recommend and will stay there again! Thank you Admiral team!!

Breakfast was outstanding! The room needs some TLC—sagging ceiling tiles, jacuzzi inoperable, exposed light connection on wall covered only with tape, etc. The room was tired looking even for a colonial in that usually gets a lot of forgiveness.
See above.

Breakfast was great and location is perfect....Walking distance to all the activities on the harbor.
Inns are not well marked. we made a reservation at the Admiral Farragut House and ended up at another Inn. All part of the Inns of Newport. Several old inns on the same street. Pretty antique houses but I would say leaning a little toward "shabby genteel"

The people above us were extremely loud from 1-4am so we couldn’t sleep much

Location is great, right near the marina.
Loved the breakfast
Has free parking
Overpriced for what it is. It's a cute B&B, but beyond the charm, it's old, lacking modern elements like air temperature control.

Very professional, welcoming and clean. I love the feeling of staying in historical places. The location was perfect for going into down town. My only advice is if you are driving do drive a small car. Parking is a little snug.
The parking, just have to drive a small car. but other then that everything was great!

Breakfast choice nice. Room 10 - small but suited our needs and reasonable compared to other inns and Bnbs in Newport.
Stairway up to the second floor was dirty and really needed some attention.

The location was great, we could walk to downtown Newport in minutes.
The check in process was very confusing. I paid for a queen room at the inn with location being my biggest concern. On arrival Rick the check in host told us we'd be upgraded to a king suite. We took the upgrade and on the way to the inn realized we were now way farther than we wanted and wouldn't be able to walk to downtown Newport. We called him back to say we did not want to be this far. He told us to come back and he'd work something out. We drove back and he had already given our original room away so now we had a small room in the basement. The room was clean and had a king size bed but I did not like being in the basement as I could hear all the foot traffic and no windows. I was disappointed but dealt with it. We also didn't find out about the amazing free breakfast until the day of check out. Just beware of the room switch situation. My advice is stick to the room you book and don't let him switch you it is not worth the hassle and ask about breakfast.

Things I particularly liked:
- The room (the bed was large and very comfortable)
- The bathroom and it's cleanliness
- The breakfast (decent options to order from, very accommodating and planned to ensure social distancing)
- Privacy during the stay
- The vintage look and feel of the inn
- Location
Nothing I didn't like.
