This property needs to be looked at by the health inspector, there’s severe issues with this property

There is nothing that I like about this property. I will not be returning.

Inside the bathroom, there was mold on the shower. There was no ventilation in the bathroom the mold that was in there you can see that it was covered by paint. There was stains all over the floor and the carpet. The bathroom floor had pubic hair and there was a horrible smell of an animal. The pool area had no towels and the pool water was not clean or clear. It was very milky looking.. the breakfast in the morning was very bland and there was not much there to eat at 7:15 when it started at 6:30. I am very unhappy with my stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful no complaints in that department!

Condition of the rooms, the smell of weed through out the hotel, carpets were so stained and sticky, no fresh towels were offered for 2nd night stay, one guest had a large dog not on the leash while sitting in the car with our yorkie he tried to jump at her through the window growling and barking trying to get her, sign at front desk clearly states all pets have to be leashed. The breakfast was average kids were everywhere at the breakfast bar coughing around food and helping themselves, We stayed here a few years ago and loved it, the rooms were clean and hotel smelled clean, and was well kept, so we booked again this time we were very disappointed, best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff!!!

Great stay

The check in process was easy. The front desk was so accommodating! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and that AC was cold, cold, cold!!!

The water didn't heat up very fast.

I started staying at your hotel about 11 years ago when a tragic fire took my sister and her 2 boys. You guys helped us though a really hard time and made sure we didn't need anything. So everytime I come to town this is where I stay. Haven't been disappointed yet.

You guys could use a sitting area again for smokers. Yes I know it's bad but maybe down by the pool under that tree

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced, old carpet, breakfast was cold, server was rude to guests.

The bath tub had stuff floating in it when I tried soaking, like the drain stopper had something dirty on it...

Clean, close and convenient.

The light in the bathroom was flickering. The television service sucks. Remote had guide and information buttons. The cable didn't show any information other than the station. The guide only showed station.

Breakfast was great Saturday, on Sunday the Staff wasn't as friendly and the food / coffee was not kept stocked. We ended up checking out and eating breakfast out because of the wait

More variety, keep food freshly stocked, keep coffee stocked and be happy to be of service

Movies for $21 to rent for a couple hours, smoke detector beeping all night, very uncomfortable bed, only 2 uncomfortable pillows on a 2 person room, vending machine took the money and didn't give product, cigarette smoke smell and ashes in stairwell, breakfast was gone by 9 not 9:30 and was not refilled, and of course the cut out but still very visible blood stain outside room 325. We get hotels probably 4 times a year for 2 nights at a time as a getaway from life and this one had us wishing we saved the money and stayed home. All around very poor experience
