Gut gelegenes Hotel.

Schöner Strand, zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm inklusive. Austattung im Zimmer war gut, jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser.

Poolanlage war leider sehr verdreckt. Ab dem zweiten Tag konnten wir die Poolanlage leider nicht mehr benützen. Pool war in der Revision.

Great location and amenities, but poor reception service affected the overall experience

The location is absolutely perfect, providing easy access to both local attractions and the serene beach. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and offered a modern and comfortable atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. A highlight of my trip was the friendly woman at the pool bar. She was always welcoming and made excellent drinks, adding a personal touch to my afternoons by the pool. The beach area was incredibly relaxing, with clean sands and calm waters, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun.

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They were unfriendly and not solution-oriented, which made dealing with any issues quite frustrating. Additionally, calling the reception from the room was futile as nobody ever answered the phone. This lack of responsiveness is concerning, as it means that if something bad happens in the room, there's little hope for immediate assistance.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Meer! Gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels nebst direkter Zugang zum Strand inkl. kostenloser Schirm/Liegen/Badehandtücher! Top! Zimmer war sauber, Ausstattung entsprechend sehr gut! Sehr guter Service (sofortiger Austausch des funktionsuntüchtigen Kühlschranks).

Der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und hätte einen neuen Anstrich verdient!

Aussicht Top, der ganze Rest Flop

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war toll und die Lage an für sich durch den direkten Strandzugang sehr gut. Das Zimmer war schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Die Lage birgt leider das Problem dass fußläufig nur sehr wenige Restaurants zu erreichen sind. Das Personal war sehr unmotiviert und mürrisch und da direkt eine Etage über dem Zimmer Bauarbeiten stattfanden war ab etwa 8 Uhr an Schlaf oder Entspannung nicht mehr zu denken. Zu anderen Uhrzeiten leider auch nicht, da die Zimmer so hellhörig sind dass man vom Nebenzimmer jedes Gespräch mithören kann. Der Valet Service war ebenfalls furchtbar, dauerte ewig, lange Schlangen an der winzigen Einfahrt und beim Check-Out stand das Fahrzeug zwar da, jedoch ohne Schlüssel. Diesen hatte der Valet weggeschlossen und war in seinem abgeschlossenen Raum eingeschlafen und konnte fast 20 Minuten nicht geweckt werden wodurch schließlich fast der Flug verpasst wurde. Alles in Allem kann ich dieses Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen.

We had a great time, but it was very hot

Pool & beach walk location was excellent chairs, umbrella & towels included - NICE!

no restaurant available. Bar closed early. Others complained they were only allowed 2 waters/day & they had 4 people in their room We went to CVS & bought water. Ice machine on our floor (8) never worked charged "resort fee" for beach chairs on a day we arrived at 10 pm

Great hotel, ada room very noisy

Awesome pool, right by the beach. Right on the boardwalk.

Absolutely do not book if you need a wheelchair access room. Those rooms are above an incredible noisy boiler room. Hotel staff were very gracious and moved us, but it was more difficult for our daughter in the wheelchair.

Beach front clean safe hotel, do not expect to eat there and there is nothing nearby

On the beach, quiet, clean

No food or bar choices, the restaurant was unappealing, simple coffee and croissant in the morning was not offered. The entire bar and restaurant area and the food was poor. There is a resort fee of $3&/day that the hotel tried to charge me even though my price said all included.

Great location. Nice spacious room. Pool good and OK to get lounger. Think this hotel gets an unfairly bad rep on trip advisor as surpassed expectations

Walls thin so conscious when our baby was loud. Beach has a pointless rule about 2 loungers per room even though rooms often 3 or 4 occupancy

Tolle Strandlage; Zimmer (mit Meerblick) mit toller Aussicht; Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit

Frühstück war gut aber sehr teuer; Zimmer und das gesamte Gebäude sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man leider sieht; leider wenig Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Was really enjoyable, a nice stay

The location was great, and the facility was clean. They planted flowering bushes that attract butterflies, which was a great feature to add to the ambience

They redid the hotel and did a nice job, but there was some small amount of rust on the outside of our balcony threshold that was not attended to, really not major, but noticeable

They charge a resort fee, regardless of whether you use or not beach club. Furthermore, the hotel employees are not friendly.

Très agréable.

L'hôtel a été entièrement il y a peu, de ce fait tout est très propre et très classe. La vue sur la plage est magnifique. Très bonne situation géographique.

La température vraiment trop froide dans toutes les parties communes et le restaurant. L'offre au pool house trop limitée.

Run, don’t just walk away from this resort!!

It was close to beach

They staff was horrendous, would not take my debit card that had my husband and MY NAME on card as he wasn’t there. Standing there after driving 20 hours to move my daughter after school. Then having to transfer money to someone else’s account as I was not travel with this card. It was horrendous. Followed up with an international women with a passport from another country using someone else’s card,,, sure no problem. As an American I was felt like I was an outsider and nothing. More than a wife as they called me. Will never stay again!!!

Disappointing. Tired property, low value for money.

Tired hotel. I consider the value for money to be low. We thought we were booking a premium stay, with "Radisson" as a premium brand, but the hotel is tired and overall disappointing.

We are not coming back. Also, would not recommend the valet parking to others. We incidentally noticed the driver turning the corner on two wheels, like he had stolen the vehicle. We moved the car to a paid parking block near by.

Персонал. Мы были в дороге 5 часов, с ребенком, уставшие. Нас отказались заселять раньше, принципиально в 16:00 дали ключи от номера. Нет на пляже своей будки с едой, приходится ходить в отель к бассейну. Время ожидания заказа больше часа, кухня не вкусная. В букинге указано, что уборка ежедневная, по факто присылают сообщение, что уборка будет раз в 3 дня… в номерах прохладно и кондиционер невозможно поставить на теплый режим

La ubicación muy buena. Ojo que hay una obra grande justo en frente. Eso entorpece demasiado el ingreso al hotel con auto en distintas oportunidades. El valet parking funciona muy bien. El servicio de mucamas en la habitación. Dejan todo impecable.

El precio. Entiendo la epoca del año, de todas formas muy caro. Los espacios comunes del hotel . Hall, pileta resto. Necesita una mejora. una vez dentro de la habitación todo cambia para bien.

Buena ubicación mal desayuno.

Ubicacion frente a Miami Beach. Buena piscina, y terraza para tomar sol. Cómodas mesas y butacas en la piscina. Buen servicio de valet parking

Mala atención el desayuno. Solo una persona para atender todas las mesas con una espera enorme. Carta de alimentos con muy poca oferta. Increible que no tenga buffet al desayuno y todo sea a la carta.
