It's ok

The first room I dirty. Trash on the floor and dirty sheets on the bed. Once I informed the staff . I was given a different room. It was decent/ basic.

closeness to airport

parking, no maid service. Our vehicle was almost towed due to the fact that when I checked in was not given a parking number and was told to double park.

The worst never again

Absolutely nothing

It stated it was ADA accessible and it wasn’t. I can’t do stairs due to mobility issues with my cancer . I have to use a walker and cane because my legs don’t work to good and I fell off the stairs. There were no safety bars anywhere in the room or shower so I couldn’t shower for 2 days. Will never go back there again. I am furious that I had to pay 294.00 was not even offered a discount. Social media goes a long way so get ready for a terrible recommendation.

The wasn’t 1 thing I like other than the refund which didn’t even show on my bank account yet.

After switching rooms 3 times because of strong cigarettes, weed smell, I end up with a room that had a strong mixture of smell, bleach being the strongest. As far as the staff they try to be nice in a forceful way and they are not presentable at all, wearing pijama pants. Not to mention there was no WiFi available. The other day I tried to get in touch with someone to check on my refund and supposedly the phones were down but I could tell they kept hanging up the phone on me.

Surprisingly pleasant

The staff was nice. The room surprisingly had alot of features a mini fridge a safe ect. Size of the room was good. You could open the windows and it was surprisingly quiet.

The major thing I did not like was the shower pressure wasn’t good and the towels were kinda scratchy but it was clean.

Shuttle was free! Shuttle driver drove like a maniac.

I thought the Shuttle Drive could have drove slower, we weren't in a rush and it was snowing, she was running up to the back of the cars and honking for them to move out of the way, It was scary for me.

Awful!!!!

Time he pillows had yellow stains on them and one with dirt marks. When we went to turn down the bed there was WET spots on the sheets. We both were horrified.

Very unsatisfactory.

A few days before my stay I sent 4 emails asking how to find their free shuttle because I can't walk long distances due to car accident injuries but never rec'd any reply, (not even from booking.com) so I spent 1.5 hours being pushed around in a wheel chair at the airport trying to find it. That completely exhausted me and finally had to give up and pay £20 for a taxi. Was put in a room that had someone else's luggage in it. Asked for a wake up call in the morning and didn't get one. Asked for a taxi to be called in the am and they didn't pre-arrange it. Thank god, a taxi arrived in time to get me back to airport in time to catch the bus home. When I told the taxi man about my experience he replied This place is a dump!
