My stay was decent. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The property is situated very close to Knott’s Berry Farm

Proximity to work and restaurants

The property needs a lot of renovations. The rooms are decent for what you need, but it needs to be cleaner. The bedding linens are stained, the bed is not comfortable, the pillows are hard as rocks, it’s just dingy. They pricing for this place should be re-evaluated. It is too expensive for what they offer overall.

Good stay

Convenience, close to many amenities. Very good area. Staffs are very friendly and informative.

Aircon/heater was not working during our visit. Water supply was suddenly cut off on our 2nd day. It happened so sudden that we’re shocked.

Has some easily fixable problems but the location and price it’s worth it.

I liked how close it was to lots of activities. The price during New Years was very good and the staff is very friendly.

My door lock was not very consistent, leading to us taking up to a couple of minutes attempting to unlock the door. The back of the building is also a shipping yard so expect truck noises early in the morning. For the price though it’s something to over look.

The pictures on the website definitely make you think it would be a nicer, cleaner place

Cleaning service was every day

The room was pretty run down and felt dirty. Did not like that there was a door into the adjacent room. The bed blankets were very thin and there weren't enough chargers by the bedside tables.

Refund my money back on one room back/did not stay

Small uncomfortable loud rooms

Someone at hotel was playing such loud music from 11pm-1am. It was shaking the entire walls. Cops were finally called and showed up at 1am. The hotel was vary shady and didn’t do anything about the music.

Unpleasant

The location was great from Knotts Berry Farm

The overflowing trash and dirty rooms. I knew the the hotel was dated but the cleanliness didn’t have be jeopardized. Upon walking into the room it appeared cleaned. The bed was made and was crisp. But when we stepped foot in the bathroom it was so filthy I wouldn’t let my kids bathe in the shower after a long day at the amusement park. There were splatter marking on the walls and dead gnats. The staff at check in was very nice the hotel as a whole was very dated and the lack of attention to the small things made it look worst than what it was. The rooms could have used a deep cleaning to the walls.

Can't do that since we werre billed and no room.

Booked a room online, checked the date twice as I booked it. I arrived at 9:00 pm and the attendant informed me that I had booked the room for the previous day. I then checked the email response and sure enough, the room was booked for the precious day. I KNOW I ASKED FOR the next day. If you cannot give the day booked then cancel it, don't just change it. The attendant said I'm sorry, you were a no show so we billed your card. I said, no worries. I just learned an important lesson. But I will never book a room with your hotel chain again. Burn me once your fault, burn me twice my faulty as they say.

The rude staff the lady that works in the morning and drives a red toyita Prius was a total nightmare as patient as I was unable to perform her task and deliver customer service she was moody, she was aggressive and not friendly and she made my 3 day stay at a Wyndham hotel the worst 3 days of my life this year what a waste if money I felt like I was in drill school the way she talked down to and the tune in her voice .please relieve her of her duty working in that industry is not her cup of tea.

Good place to stay for a quick stay! If the units were updated it would’ve been an A+ for me.

The customer service was awesome!

The outside of the location is nice! inside the units needs updating. The front door did not close on its own we had to push it to close.

Very good

I really enjoyed the size of the room. I liked that housekeeping was there each day to clean. I liked that it has a laundry facility, hot tub, and pool. It felt like home.

I think the AC could've been stronger. I wish the TV had HDMI capabilities so that I could play on my Xbox.

To be honest, It was dirty, there was a lot of homeless shooting up nodding out on stairs. It's not a safe area for kids to see.. the bathroom towel were dirty as well.

The furniture was worn out, beat up. The shower curtain didn’t close properly, bathroom overall needed some improvement. Freezer in frig was all iced over. The neighborhood was not far from attractions, but felt a little sketchy.

Decent location, but old rooms.

The location was in a decent location close to Knotts Berry Farm and 15 min drive to Disneyland

The walls are paper thin. We heard everything everywhere all at once. Try not to stay on the first floor, because you will hear all the foot steps. The bathroom is older and they did not provide any soap.
