Hotel en malas condiciones

Solo la ubicación a 18 minutos del aeropuerto de bufalo

No me gustó el precio excesivamente caro para lo que representa el hotel, parecía albergue de migrantes, había como ropa tirada por los pasillos, el olor a comida muy fuerte y horrible y la habitación impregnada de cigarro, las sabanas y las sobrecamas olían a cigarro, la puerta del baño rota y la cerradura no servía, al parecer el día que fui no había habitación en búfalo por el evento del eclipse pero debieron dejar el precio regular ya que no creo q sea un hotel ni de una estrella, te da miedo quedarte y si el precio es más elevado que el que regularmente cobran se nota más lo malo

It’s a homeless shelter. This should no longer be on this website

Absolutely nothing

Do not book! This is no longer a functioning hotel. I arrived at the front desk and was told this is now a homeless shelter. I was however offered a room at $50 more then I originally booked for while also being told that the homeless get a 90% discount. Also told by the front desk that it’s not safe

Worst hotel in my life

I like the only location nothing else.

Stuff was very rude and my their entrance aromatic door is not working properly because of that my kid got hurts I don’t wanna get any trouble otherwise I can call 911. Service was very very poor.

The worst hotel ever.

This was the worst trip ever. I hate this place. The only bright side was Angel, a very kind woman at the front desk.

I hated everything. This place is disgusting. I have stayed in crumby motels nicer than this place. Upon check-in, I was directed to a disgusting room with a broken shower curtain rod. I asked to change rooms, and while the shower curtain rod worked, the room was once again disgusting. From crumbs on the floor; stains on the comforter; black mold on the ceiling, walls, and shower tiles - this place is unworthy of anyone’s money. The hotel and rooms smelt horrible. Also, the pool was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen in a hotel - I wouldn’t swim or advise anyone else to. All of the workers except a lovely woman named Angel, were terribly rude. Angel was the only accommodating person who showed all the guests respect. She’s the only benefit of this hotel.

The location was perfect. The hotel was close to restaurants and right by a gas station. If you didn’t feel like driving, you could walk to any place you wanted to.

Great value!

This is an older motel, but it was located conveniently off the freeway and the price was good. The bed, was so comfortable as was the pillows!

I didn't like that there was no elevator...had to lug all our bags up the stairs!

For the price I paid on booking.co. it was well worth the money I spent I would definitely recommend it to someone.

It was a close distance to the event I was attending.

It was outdated needed some repairs.

Bed was comfortable. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Weed smell in the hall. Our bathroom was not cleaned still had a used towel hanging over the shower pole. There was no clean towels in our room we had to go down and get it. The pool has to much chlorine in it, like to the point your eyes burn just sitting in there. The hall and stair ways were dirty, used coffee cups laying around. the staff can be found sitting in the dinning area. Upon check in 2 staff members where sitting at the tables chatting which is fine but odd. Then in the am we went to get breakfast it was so dirty. I have never seen a dinning area so messy before. I get it its quality in but we stayed in many of their locations and nothing ever this bad. The waffle area had spilled batter everywhere, the batter ran out and was not replaced. The milk canisters had dried milk around the sprout, you can clearly tell it was not cleaned. I stayed here 3 years ago and it was no where near how it is now. Will not book again.

a resting place enroute home, in the midst of the storm

we were enroute to our home in Buffalo and were unable to reach our home due to the major snow storm. This was our resting place while we waited.

Service was okay everyone was nice. And breakfast was decent

Service was okay everyone was nice. Breakfast was decent. Pool is small. The lobby area is very nice looks just like the pictures. However, the rooms look NOTHING like the pictures posted on their website and they need some seriously restoration. Floors in the rooms do not have carpet but more of a stick and peel "hardwood" floor. And the entire building smells weird once you exit the lobby. If you are looking for a nice get away hotel this is not it. If you are looking for a place to crash for a night or two and can't afford an arm and a leg.. this would be okay.
