Mediocre

The mattress was very comfortable and the room was a decent size.

There were stains o. The carpet. The furniture im the lobby was dirty and the bathtub didnt have a grip bar for getting in snd out of the tub

Lovely location needs some updates

The staff here were really friendly and helpful. Facility itself is in a wonderful location right off the interstate, near gas and food. It was a well needed respite after a long day of driving.

The furniture in the lobby had visible stains on it. The carpet in the room was careworn and had visible stains on it. I did not feel comfortable, putting my luggage on the floor. Pillows were super uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Room was nice. Staff was very nice. Love the hotel.

Breakfast was horrible. Artificial eggs, greasy sausage, sour milk, sour orange juice, waffles did not cook all the way.. For $129 a night you would think breakfast would have been nice. This was very disappointing to say the least.

Can't wait to go back!

We didn't have time to eat breakfast, but the location was by the highway with a few gas stations near by & more than enough food places to eat in the go.

The people next to us could have turned down the TV, but it wasn't bad at all.

Very good

we were attending a baseball tournament, so the location was good. The accommodations were just what we needed.We needed to was baseball uniforms and the washer and dryer came in handy. Thank you.

More of a selection for breakfast. More health items turkey bacon/sausage.

Disappointing

Upon arrival the bar hand soap in the bathroom was open and appeared to have been used. There was trash in both the bathroom and room trash cans and the pillows on the bed looked to be couch pillows

The shower was hot and the beds where comfortable and I was able to use my military discount

Breakfast wasn't worth anything but the previous reviews said this already so we knew but there is a waffle house right in front of the hotel

Very good

The staff was great, very kind and helpfull. The locations was perfect for our stay close to our family members and to many shopping centers. Theres a waffle house just across the street.

There wasnt many options for breakfast. The bed covers had stains.

Nice and decent place for a short stay

Decent place- room was clean and equipped as described, quiet area, breakfast was nice with quite a few choices (eggs, burgers, waffles which is an extra than most continental breakfast served in other places). Staff was also very nice and attentive, they were replacing the food relatively quickly during breakfast.

We booked a non smoking room. We had to sign a form stating it was a non smoking room and we would be charged if we smoked in the room. Also had to give them our credit card to cover expenses if we smoked in the room. When we got to the room it was obvious that the room was smoked in. We went to lobby to seek a room change and was told they did not have another room. They came to the room with a can of air freshener and told us to talk to front desk and manager in the morning to see about compensation. In the morning they said there was nothing they could do because we booked thru booking.com Horrible experience would never recommend this place to anyone.
