I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling.

Breakfast was awesome! A great variety of food to suit everyone’s eating needs! A person should never be hungry after leaving their breakfast menu. I loved the cookies served every evening at 7 p.m. they were delicious! Staff were very informative about restaurants, stores in the area! Staff were kind and helpful in all areas.

Good place

The hotel was clean and the lady in charge was very helpful. The young gentleman at the front desk had a harder time with communication, but she jumped right in to help. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine.

The roads around the hotel were full of potholes, but I suppose the hotel can't control that.

Nice place to stay.

It was within our budget and the breakfast was fantastic. The gluten free items were much appreciated.

The disability room was at the far end of the entrance.

no housekeeping for our weekend stay

we were charged 269. US for one night, second night was 183.00. We agreed to costs but upon return to room, we found our room the same as we left it in morning. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, no coffee refill. I have NEVER experienced no housekeeping in a hotel in my life. I am 70 yrs old. Besides that there was a big sign stating elevator was out of order, which is understandable except for, while I was checking out maintenance for hotel came out of elevator, coffee in hand and used it again as I was leaving. my eyes could not believe it. He was not an elevator service man, unless he fixes elevator with no tools, just a coffee! we stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping. reception advised us that with 3 night stays, housekeeping does not enter room until until our departure. that is totally unacceptable and really high way robbery. if hotel cannot provide commonly included services we paid for , they should advise clients before the stay or reduce the exorbitant price for 2 star hotel. The excuse of staff shortage and Covid are not my problem to deal with. Those are problems the service industry has had to deal with and that shouldn’t make my stay be any less than what are standards of the industry. I feel that I was taken advantage of by bookings.com and the hotel itself. This will not stay between us. I am emailing you first and intend to persue this matter further. I can be reached as listed on confirmation information. I have seen putting signs on bed if you don’t want sheets changed daily but this protocol of no housekeeping is ridiculous. Louise Arsenault

The staff was extremely friendly even at almost 11 pm at night. The place was very clean, and the extra gradation displays were extremely touching.

Nothing at all was wrong with this place. One thing I would love to see is a shower liner other than that it is a place we've come back to several times too and recommended people to stay here.

Always enjoy our stay. Would prefer a room at the end of the hall.

Some guests were very loud at all hours of the night. With young children I would have preferred to be not so close to the elevator.

Great facilities, great staff, great location!

The facilities were great, the room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a number of items. It is also very conveniently located near a Hannaford grocery store, Starbucks, gas stations and other amenities.

I have no complaints about this location or my stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Good quality room, affordable, but a few things to work on.

Breakfast was really good. I'm on a restrictive diet where i need to avoid most Carbs. You had fruit available, yogurts, and often a protein option too. Coffee was awesome, and although I could not partake, every evening and night there was cocoa and cookies available. That was really cool. The room was very large, much larger than I needed, and the bathroom was great, again, also very large. The fridge was a really good size, and there was a full microwave available.

The coffee pot for the room was very small. I would have liked that bigger as I'm in need of lots of caffeine in the morning. Although the room was clean, the fridge had a bad and strong odor of marijuana. It was very off-putting and I avoided opening the door when possible. I also had a problem with my key-card each day of my stay. It would work to get in my room, but each time I left and returned, the card would not read. I would need to go to the front desk to have it re-programed.

Accommodating, Friendly and Convenient.

The gentlemen at the front desk was wonderful! He was so accommodating to an issue we had with our TV and moved us to a room next door without hesitation. He also mentioned to me a way I could have saved a little more on this trip and that will help me with future stays.

We left as soon as we possibly could the next morning.

The morning staff (manager and newer young lady Orianna??) 8am 2/6/23 was nice and professional. They were attentive to my needs. The breakfast was good.

I was lied to by the guy for payment by the guy on duty the morning of 2/6/23. The restroom were dirty with feces stains within the toilet. The wallpaper was peeling with holes in the wall. The linen on the bed didn’t appear to be clean.

This Comfort Inn, comfort, cleanliness, professional staff, etc. far exceeds what I paid for the night. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this location very highly. Thank you Comfort Inn!

Outstanding Hotel

Front desk attendant on Friday 01/20/2023 at 5am (sorry did not get his name) was EXTREMELY helpful, above and beyond what was necessary to ease my nerves and mind assisting me on the manner to arrive at Northern Light Hospital. His kindness and professionalism was exactly what I needed just before a surgical procedure. The Corporate World would be better if they hired more workers like this gentleman.
