The room was great. Clean and comfy.
Roaches. Went swimming. Was there for almost three hours and roaches had infested my clothes my phone my cookie the hotel gave me and my shoes. They were on the table and crawling under the table. I couldn’t eat breakfast there because of the infestation so my vouchers were useless. The front desk attendants were of no help and the manager has not been in contact with me and it’s been two days.

Rooms were very clean
Staff was nice and welcoming
Breakfast was good
The bed was a little uncomfortable seems like they are in need of an upgrade on the beds well at least the room I was staying in

Lobby was nice; rooms were fine; breakfast staff were attentive
Floor in the restaurant was disgusting. Sticky like it was coated in syrup. Carpet in restaurant was also terrible. Property is large and seems run down. Can hear the highway sounds all night long.

IT WAS OK
VERY EXPENSIVE, FOR NOTHING MORE THAN A LESSER HOTEL. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED! NEXT STAY WILL BE AT ANOTHER PLACE, WHERE THE PARTIES, ATMOSPHERE AND ATTITUDE, IS MUCH BETTER. VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT NOT MUCH FOR THE COST. I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN.

Location.
Beds hard, room carpet dirty and stained. Expensive. Water pressure was bad

It’s was in a comfortable area
I didn’t like that there’s no housekeeping daily, they left trash and dirty towels outside the room door and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels

Some of the staff were friendly, others were not.
Poor Cleanliness, poor bedside manner, pool was closed, I paid extra for "breakfast included" but still had to pay for breakfast and the breakfast was terrible, I paid extra for early check in, even called ahead to confirm, but the reservation was not ready and we were given a room we did not reserve, and the rate is horribly expensive for the subpar stay.

Well Considering I'm disabled I wish there was more convenience for Handicap Accommodations.. my Key didn't work outside the pool area when I tryed to enter from outside door.... There was no room service either due to Handicap.,.,.. an no dinner in the Dining area only at the Bar

I love the size of the hotel and the fact they have a bar and restaurant on site.
The Doubletree is in desperate need of renovations. I stayed on the 11th floor and the ceilings are bubbling where the wall meets the ceiling. Carpet desperately needs replacing.

The pool was not what we expected and that was the only reason we went. Breakfast was ok

There was a tick in my bed and I was possibly bitten because there was a blood stain on my pillow. Maintenance found the bug and told me to report. However, his first comment was, you think you are gonna get your money back or something! All I could think was WOW!

Nice location and facilities.
Breakfast hours are less than we were told. Staff member stated they have other jobs and have to close a little early.

The breakfast was very good and fresh but over-priced at $18.95 per person. We bought our breakfasts on booking.com and got a better deal than that. The beds were comfy. The king room has a refrigerator and a safe in it. The bathroom is roomy and clean. The towels were fluffy.
The pool was cold and didn't look very clean. Our room was next to the elevator and made low rumble sounds all evening while people used them. They were out of cookies when we arrived also. Also, we ate dinner in the lounge but it was uncomfortable in the seating arrangements.

I was there for an emergency - my husband was at Barnes Jewish hospital STL and I needed the hospital rates. I had to pay $250 a night

The breakfast tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. Really greasy.
Our hot water wasn't working in the morning when we tried to shower so we took cold showers. The pool wasn't heated and the online advertisment led me to believe it would be indoors and warm. We didn't have towels when we got to our room.
