It was very clean, a GREAT location, very trendy!
There are no elevators, and no way to request lower floors, the instructions said call day off to request, but when I did they said none were available. There was no way to request an accessible room for someone with mobility issues. We had to walk up the 5 flights of stairs.

The location was convenient and super easy to find and the access to the place was fast and efficient. It was very clean and we had what we need plus coffee ready to brew in the morning. 🔆
The space: I felt a little too tight sometimes because of the size and having My luggage on the floor but I guess that ok, New Yorkers live like that.

It was clean. Location was good. Staff was helpful, professional, and friendly.
We reserved 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 children. They gave us 2 rooms on 2 separate floors, on opposite sides of the hotel. My husband had to sleep in a bunk bed because we were given a bunk bed room IMMEDIATELY inside the front door on ground level and we did not feel comfortable with our children sleeping in there alone. The bathroom we shared from our queen room was out of order, so we were asked to share the bathroom on another floor. We ended up using the private bathroom from our bunk bed room, but it was really cramped with the 5 of us and all of our suitcases in there. I wish the hotel would have had the forethought to put us in rooms closer, especially because the reservation was definitely made for 2 adults and 3 CHILDREN.
They also started working on the out of order bathroom at 7am. The banging on the pipes was an unfortunate awakening.
Because the weather was bad, there were people standing on the stoop to smoke, having lots of loud conversations right next to the room we had by the entrance. I’m not sure what the hotel could do about the rudeness of other guests, but if you plan to stay here I’d definitely try to ask for a room farther away from the front door.
They also sent ELEVEN emails prior to our arrival, with check in information, which included SO MUCH information, but did NOT include key codes for our rooms. When I showed the emails to the front office staff, she seemed determined to email me the information instead of just verbally telling me the entry code. Like I was actually standing there, she was sitting there, it took like 10 or 15 minutes to get me the information via email instead of just taking literally a minute to just tell me the info. She was polite and friendly, but what’s the hesitation to just verbally communicate??

Easy to get in and get out, very good location small but enough
I missed table lamps to read at night, the wi-fi was very poor (it barely could be used to see videos or update apps) and it was difficult to know how to change toiletries.

The location was perfect for a stroll around the buzzing streets of Manhattan!
The staircase to the upper floors was narrow, so watch out bringing large luggage

The price is good, location is good and easy to find.
The bunk bed was about to collapse it rocked when you leant on it. Therefore our friend had to sleep on the floor because we was paranoid if she got on the bed it would collapse on us whilst sleeping.

the front desk person was very helpful while checking in.
shared bathrooms weren’t very clean. Bags of laundry left in hallways, and by side exit.

the location was nice. it was close to a lot of fun spots and walking distance to Chelsea Market. Elaine was very nice and was able to change rooms for me because originally i was on the 5th floor and due to my disability I cannot climb 5 flights of stairs.
no elevators on the premises which makes most of the floors not accessible for everyone. and the stairs they do have are not safe.
the first floor was very loud if you get a room facing the street. our room was not only facing the street but also on top of a underground bar so you could hear loud drunk people till 3 am and they had a bright light shining outside our window that even curtains could not keep the light out and when we asked if they could turn it off they said its not possible but we did not want to switch rooms again after the hassle of already doing it once.

Good location.
Can be quite noisy, it's an old building.

Perfect location in trendy Chelsea, tiny studios with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, some with private bathrooms, some with shared. The space is small, but hey, what more do you need when you're in Manhattan? Probably the best accommodation bargain in the city. Very cozy. Pros: Awesome location, very central, but quiet, super clean and comfortable, very friendly, helpful staff. nice hot showers, good selection on the TV if you're having a night in. Nice art on the walls. This became our NYC home for two weeks, and I can't wait to come back!
Cons: Rooms are SMALL, really small, but you won't care as it's New York, and you'll be out all the time. Who wants to stay in in NYC?! It's all self service, so you have to clean your own room, make your own bed if you're staying a while, but that's no biggie. Lot's of stairs, no lift, so we got a bit fitter. Wi-Fi was a bit hit-and-miss, but connection generally seems not so great in this part of town due to high buildings. Oh, and avoid room 102. We were put here on our first couple of nights, and it was freezing, with black bin bags taped over the window to try and reduce the draft, and a central heating noise that was so loud that I woke up and thought I was on a train. Radiator seemed to burst during the night. We were swiftly moved to another room, which was perfect.

nothing ! it was a disaster…. they should stop advertising the pictures ..
Ac wasn’t working. it is like a matchbox room and a small enclosed space .. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone …
everything was bizzare..
we had bags and they gave us a room on the 5th floor… there is no customer service and no point of contact

Location was great, close to several metro stations, in between Times Square and Downton, so it was very good to go around.
I didn’t read properly before booking it, so I didn’t realize the hotel does not have elevator, so going up and down by staircase (specially with the luggage) was a bit problematic as I was in the last floor (5th).
