Good value and location, would stay again.

Nice staff, convenient to airport, nice rooms

Food at Coaches is so-so. Breakfast service is slow unless you choose the buffet.

Decent clean room. Nothing special.

Very close to midway airport

You’re always supposed to get a warm cookie. That’s why I stay at double tree. This time? No cookie! They tried to hand me some gluten free thing in a wrapper. No thanks.

Stroke of genius!

The bed and linens were nice but the pillows were awesome. Like the sports bar on site.

The weather was bad. The power to the hotel had gone out but had been restored. The outage caused issues with their computers so they couldn't check people in. After standing in line and sitting on the floor (there were so many customers waiting in the lobby there was nowhere to sit) for 2hrs they finally pick up a clipboard that had a hard copy of the customer roster and start checking people in. Really?! Why make customers wait hours uncomfortably when you had another option? I'm sure the very very pregnant lady in line next to us, who was obviously very uncomfortable, would've appreciated it even more than the rest of us had they had this hard copy stroke of genius sooner!

Nice convenient stay

Probably the best hotel in this area. As a commuting flight attendant it met and exceeded my expectations.

A bit pricey but seems they all are in this area.

Just okay. Near the airport so

Like the restrung downstairs, liked how you need a key card to access the elevator

Can hear the trains screeching at all times of the day and night. Water damage on the ceiling of the shower where parts of the ceiling is coming down. Shower kinda dirty

Our stay was very comfortable and the property was clean.

The property was close to the venue I attended. I really enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel and the food was wonderful.

Housekeeping did not come in everyday to replenish towels, coffee, etc.

I would definitely come back!! especially for the warm cookies they give you🥰

very clean, even though the hotel was full on the room floors it was very quiet.

I was comfortable and some what satisfied but I guess you get for I paid for.

The breakfast was pretty okay and I didn't like the size of the beds or the size of the room.

I didn't like the size of the beds or room... The only thing could be done is get BIGGER BEDS AND ROOMS.

It was clean but kind of over prized with some rude staff.

the staff when we first got there were really nice and kind and the room was clean.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't return my deposit and when I called back to see why, the staff was rude and told me I had to dispute it with my bank.

Location was good, close to the airport. I had room service and it arrived in time and relict.
