Great location close to everything !

Great location ! Taking daughter to state board and it was less than 10 minutes away !!! Clean , nice staff ! Good breakfast !

The beds were great. The bathroom was really fresh looking and we liked the soaps attached to the walls instead of getting the tiny containers.

Even though it's not a breakfast included hotel I wish that I didn't have to pay $10 for a small bowl of oatmeal. I didn't ask if I could order it separate but I think it was just one price no matter what you got. Not a big deal but it was nice you had breakfast available because of the busy morning we had ahead. It was convenient. One other detail that was weird is we had three of us staying but only two bath towels. Why not put four?

Disappointed

The room was nice . And clean.

Very disappointed the bar and restaurant was closed . That's the reason I booked this hotel. Will not book here again . The pool was very small. Shouldn't have to pay for breakfast should be free since I paid 150 dollars for a room.. could not order anything all night since the restaurant was closed. Will not be staying here again.. very disappointed you shoukd disclose these things on uour sight..

Not the best place for kids or groups of kids.

The smell of the hotel was great. The front desk staff was soooo nice!

There was a lady that kicked all of our kids out of the pool. There were adults checking in on them. I also was very unhappy that I made this reservation at least a week before and when I arrived they were unable to find it.

Pool wasn't open. This needs to be posted when booking a room. I would have went elsewhere if I had know.

Exceptional

The room was clean, the whole hotel in general looked great!

The check in took quite a few minutes because she was checking one guest in, then another guest had to move rooms. The front desk agent put him in a room where another guest was already staying. Her desk area was messy and she was flustered. By the time we got our room key, there were several more people in line.

I had a good stay and had a very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very good in very pleasant surroundings but was not included in the price of the room.

I am used to having breakfast included.

It was ok.

The room we finally checked into was nice. We had to move rooms because of the keyless entry was not working. Real close to the lobby which we loved. So we had to move and they put us clear at the end of the hall. Being handicapped and hard to walk that was difficult

Very relaxing and peaceful get away in a clean and comfortable room.

Best hotel experience we have had in years. Very clean and comfortable room, super friendly staff.

My only complaint is that the bath tub would hardly drain so during a shower the water would rise nearly to my knees.
