Good snack store, updated bathroom
The room air conditioner was louder than a freight train!! I turned the volume on the tv to 28 and still couldn’t hear it over the AC. Horrible night’s sleep!!!! Also the room did not have a clock, which drives me nuts. But the AC noise - unacceptable!

Almost the entire hotel smelled like weed, the lobby, the 3rd floor and the 5th floor. So much for a non smoking facility that wasn’t enforced.

Room was beautiful and clean.
We were woke up every 30 to 45 min with banging from the furnace/ air cond. The panel was unscrewed on one side so apparently has been worked on. The noise was ridiculous and we got very little sleep before our early morning flight. Very disappointed.

It is about 8 mins drive to the airport.
There was no hot water running from the shower in the morning and no technician onsite to fix till 8am. I was offered another room, however I declined since I was checking out later that day.

The front desk employee, Andrew, was one of the most friendly hotel workers I've ever met. He was personal, friendly, and helpful. He addressed me by name, remembered my questions and requests, and even brought a room service menu to my door because my room didn't have one.

Good location and room in good condition. Nice towels and linens
Bed was too firm for us. No Starbucks pastries offered. Bagels hard.

I liked that there was a nice restaurant/bar located in the hotel. The food was good.
The room could have been more stocked with towels and body wash.
We were confused about the air conditioner controller.

The room and lobby was great. We just needed a place to stay before our flight after a week in Vail. It met expectations.

It was as convenient to Denver International as all hotels. We the staff was accommodating, if not cheerful. See later comments. The restaurant was very slow but the food was good very reasonable.
The hotel doesn’t reflect the quality that one expects from a Hilton. The staff was effective but not welcoming. The bathroom was a big problem. The toilet seat was unsecured so it was precarious to sit on and had obviously been like that for a long time. We had a handicapped bathroom for easy access to a shower. But the floor of the shower was 1+ inches higher with a slope down to the floor so water ran down and flooded the bathroom. No amount of care could prevent this. We used all of our towels to soak up the flood. The towels were immediately replaced by the subdued front desk and delivered by a cheerful attendant. The caulking around the bathroom was reminiscent of lesser hotels and handyman help. Etc. I’m sure that other parts of the hotel are good but we were only there overnight and departed at 6am.

The staff in the hotel was great..nice to have food and drink available late
The shuttle service...the first driver clearly hated her job ..was rude and did not help with bags or elderly passengers and still expected a tip. Also the communication about which side of the airport ...east or west ? to catch the correct shuttle was confusing and vague ...basically not informed until a different shuttle driver told multiple passengers we had to travel to the opposite side of the airport. After a long international flight with luggage it was not pleasant.
