Clean look
Tv had white dots on the screen that would not go away. Probably needed to be replaced

The food at the banquet was exceptional, as was the breakfast. The property is very clean, and everything worked properly in our room. Booking continues to disappoint us with having our name backwards on the reservation and not entering the type of bed arrangement that we requested. We have NO complaints about the property. Their service was excellent.
For Booking to have gotten our reservation correct in the first place.

I like the location, clean rooms, amenities, a frig/microwave, two days of towels, restaurant & bar area, the food was great, lighting in the room, storage space, very informative of specials, gift shop, and on point service.
I didn't like I had to leave...

Shower did not drain, shower curtain was dirty - toilet lid did not fit properly, overall lack of polish and attention to detail. Special requests were made to front desk which were not followed through on.

The breakfast was great, with a large variety. I was offered free drinks as a result of a room transfer. Parking was easy, front desk staff super helpful.
The breakfast chef was rude to myself and the waiter (he was great)that was assisting me. The chef (she) definitely needs to tone it down, be more friendly.

The location was convenient.
The room was moderately clean.

gym facilities were second to none. pool was also pleasant. easy free parking. good local restaurants.
check in was a bit confusing as the staff member said we needed to pay, then we didn’t. then said he needed a deposit for incidentals, then didn’t etc. it was a bit slow and unnecessary.
7.0
The bar was a nice touch and place to find quiet for a few minutes.
Rooms were clean.
Staff was very nice.
We were there during a dance competition and the contestants and parents were ALL OVER the hotel, in the halls, floors, everywhere. We felt very crowded and overwhelmed in all of the common areas. The hotel was fine but the rate was crazy high. We paid $900 for 2 nights, BR was sold out at most places so we had little choice. The restaurant just had the premade items set out, no option to order. We had to park at very end of lot past the dumpsters which was feeling pretty dicey after dark.

The musicians
For the prices of the rooms you would think at least a complimentary breakfast or something was given but of course it wasn’t. Im definitely going to be choosing a different location that provide it.

it was pretty on the inside. The store was well stocked.
The parking was horrible. There was an event and I was not able to sleep until around 2 in the morning. the music was so loud I couldn’t hear my tv in my room.

We really liked the gym.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about it.

The room was very clean and smelled good. No complaints about cleanliness overall. The staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay.
There were events at the hotel, so parking was a little difficult at times.

convenience for the purpose of stay
plumbing in the room needs work. bathroom design was not good.

Large ballrooms
Dingy, bed hard as a rock, rough sheets, fridge barely cools, loud, thin walls

I requested a room with two queen beds. When I checked in all they had was rooms with one king bed. Had to get a roll away bed. It was very uncomfortable.
