Dated rooms and old furniture

Low prices and kitchetts and balcony and new laundry facilities with new washers and driers

App shows and says a description of a room but pictures were wrong and curtains on dirty furniture is old and scratched up sofas and chairs where dated and looked used and dirty rooms smelled like a dirty old man was there side doors would not open with key card and were left proped open with a rock especially at night which is not safe and need more rooms with balcony access. No free breakfast and kitchen had no equipment to cook or plates to eat or drink from and NO COFFEE or coffee maker limited TV channels to many people staying long term up late at night blasting thier music or TV

There was no breakfast on Christmas morning. There were several post where you could order meals and have it delivered.

I did notice coffee and pastries om Mondau.

Worst experience

I was charged twice for the same booking. Comfort Inn cancelled my booking without my knowledge. I had to twice for the same booking and no money was refunded. I am never staying in comfort in in Chicago.

Would not stay here again. How can this franchisee keep using the Comfort Inn name?

They are really good at using false advertising to lure people in.

No breakfast served. No housekeeping service. No soap in bathroom. Pile of trash around vending machine. Strong fish smell in hallway. Wifi so slow, I didn't bother to use it.

Unfriendly, lights did not work in the room and it had a funky smell

The front desk was rude and very unhelpful. They could not find our reservation so we had to make another one and now I’m fighting to get my money back from my first booking

Reasonably priced hotel that did not provide even the basic toiletries or breakfast as advertised.

Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Very dated and worn out hotel. Room had no soap, shampoo or tissues. When asked front desk was told there were none of these toiletries in the hotel. Had to find a drug store to buy soap. Next morning went down to breakfast to find out there was none as advertised. No heads up about any of this when checking in and no apologies for the lack of expected amenities.

Never coming back

Booked a room with breakfast included, but no breakfast was served at the hotel Lamps were not working, cracks in the sink, bad smell in the room. Tax was charged twice, both in booking fee and later on my credit card

Not a good place

It was in a safe place of town

Dirty, smelly, no Kleenex because they were out, breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no breakfast (so basically we were cheated), not enough light bulbs because they were out. Carpets were stained. Staff were friendly but didn't have anything to offer. I will not stay in any comfort inn hotels again.

The most UNcomfortable stay

Location

No breakfast for breakfast included price. The day one: a couple cereals in the jar, breakfast bars and juice and yogurt. Coffee, whole milk in ref. The day two: NOTHING. the guests were arguing with the front lady about the breakfast. The front lady was extremely rude saying the guest take foods to the rooms and throw away so they don’t want to keep buying any foods. but charged breakfast included price. The day three; two cereals and few breakfast bars in the dark dining area. picture attached. it was very depressing. they put some foods just enough to say they have breakfast. Other items in the room: No tissue box, not enough toilet papers so we had to go down to the front desk to ask to the same rude lady. shower drain was slow and clogged with running water.

Had to replace key 3 times. Facility is run down; table had broken leg, vanity had splinters, towels were thin and scratchy, sockets in bedside lamp didn't work, no breakfast
