Nothing
It was dirty, the sheets and mattress cover were ripped.
The kitchenette had maybe four utensils, and really horrible pans.
The staff were nonexistent.
The place is under construction and we were not informed before we booked and I called to confirmed they never said anything, and I called to confirm my room and they gave me a different room. They didn’t have the king bedroom that I had requested and they said they had.

Remodel is looks great
The doors did not close tight and the front door could be opened with a credit card. Didn’t feel good about leaving belongings out while we were gone. Remodel is nice but serious security concerns

We were happy that the hotel allowed an early check in to a recently remodeled room. It would have been nice to have a bigger trash can in the living area and maybe some paper towels to use in the kitchen area. Overall the suite was a great size for my family. It was super nice to have 2 bathrooms. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very nice and accommodating..
We were not notified via booking.com or anyone else that the hotel was being remodeled. It was dirty and loud right by the front desk, in what they called their great room. Laundry, fitness and a few other important amenities were disrupted or not available during our stay. It was very disappointing that we were not told in advance so that we could have made other arrangements. I booked this stay in May... my only other issue is that according to booking.com this location is close to downtown Denver. It was not, it was at least 15 mins away, more depending on when you wanted to go. Misleading. The photo on this page also needs updating because there is only an outdoor pool, the hot tub has been filled up with concrete.

Web site a shame, should say being remodeled. Really disappointed in booking.com! Hotel dirty, construction equipment surrounding it, noisy, notice of water to room will be temporarily shut off.

staff was very friendly
breakfast was not the correct amount for the number of people
3.5 / 5.0
The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.
Had no clue construction was going on, and the courtyard was closed. Had a suite, and the stove was broken. They did replace it, but it was inconvenient. Had to wash the very dirty dishes before attempting to cook supper.

We liked the room size as well as having a sofa and kitchenette. A place to sit other than a bed is really nice. Having the refrigerator and freezer was very convenient. The breakfast was also very nice and I appreciated gluten free options.
Construction noise sounded like it was either in the next room or directly overhead. It was loud, with hammering and tearing out furniture. The shower curtain was damaged. Once we realized it, we turned the shower head to avoid water on the floor.

very nice desk employee
The trash was not removed from the guest from the day before. The fridge had old food in it. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. There was no baked goods in the pastry bin and they ran out of plastic ware by 8:30 am on a Sunday morning. There was a guest that kept coming back for multiple plates of excessive amounts of food and took it to her room. We saw her do so at least 5 separate occasions.

The beds were comfortable and the location to major roads were great.
Reminder that this hotel does not have a kitchen and that they only have snacks available.
4.5 / 5.0
The two bedroom suite was really perfect for families with lots of space. The staff were extra helpful and friendly. We loved the location too.
The breakfast had a limited range particularly if healthy options.
2.0 / 5.0
Location was fine, a little hinky when you look at what is around, but convenient to stuff.
OLd, dirtyish, weed smell in middle of night, weird breakfast, strange people, loud "thrumming" of (?) furnace the whole time. I liked the ability to open the window (in the middle of the night when the smell of weed from who-knows-where became unbearable) but it set off a loud furnace/fan response. I did not sleep well! Buffet breakfast was weird; we went out.
Maybe it will be better after the remodel. Until then it is marginal and not worth $170.
