The facilities were excellent, very clean. It was so restful that I felt refreshed the following morning. The hot breakfast was superb. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We hated to check out!

You all need a small pet policy like Hilton where pets stay free. We have 2 little bich-poos, 7lbs each. When my husband and I travel together, we need to bring them along, so that would be my only concern when booking a stay with you all.

location was great. close to lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping. the bed was very comfortable.

was not pleased with the cleaning. food was left in the fridge. bathroom was not cleaned good. I had to re-wipe all surfaces. the microwave had food splattered all in.

The pool and the location!

A list of things, I’ll summarize with when you walk in the room it was literally like you stepped into a sauna that was humid and wet at the same time! It was horrible! The bed was wet, the pillows were wet, the sheets were wet, the floor was wet. There was no way I was walking without shoes or allowing my kids to; not saying we would’ve definitely wouldn’t have the option to even if we wanted without pure filth on our feet. The bathroom was decent other than there were zero towels and no extra toilet paper. I have stayed in so many hotels and this was by far the WORST one ever for the same amount I stay in Oklahoma hotels that are 5star! I asked to switch rooms, but I wanted to see the other room first before I made the official switch and it was across the hall and WORSE than the first one! So all of the same things as the first room just an added horrible odor that there would’ve been no way possible to even try to attempt to sleep! I would find another hotel for sure before wasting your money! I will admit the staff was very polite with a situation that was not completely if at all in their hands as far as the rooms go. The pool was also very well kept up! I would’ve rather slept outside by the pool all night!

when receipt was dropped at room they knocked on door loudly @ 7:40 in the morning with do not disturb sign on handle.

Front desk lady was honest, helpfull and extremely kind. I would stay again just because of her efforts!

Housekeeping was very poor Someone had made the bed and did not change sheets Bathroom was not properly clean Reported it to front desk Reported it to front desk Steven and Curtis made it right Steven cleaned the bath himself for me They went above and beyond But housekeeping it's unacceptable They need to work on the employees that are doing the cleaning is at least in that room

The elevator was not working, but the person on duty called before we came to tell us about the situation.

Staff was super friendly. The beds and room were exceptionally comfortable. The location was very conveniently located close to restaurants. The room was clean as well as the lobby area. Breakfast was great.

Can't think of much I didn't like.

Needed to have my room vacuumed as lots of crumbs& stuff on floor
