she did change my room,
Bathroom was dirty, with cleaning supplies on courter, toiliet didnt work, and the towel rack was broke

I had to change rooms five times. Every room had a defect. I just got tired and kept the 5th room. The supplies for the kitchen were not stocked to completion.
Updated hotels with better beds and changed out the carpet. Better air purifiers. Housekeeping was not on point they left some old used towels in the closet which were stinking due to being wet and mildew.

Jada at the front desk who was extremely understanding and gracious. We appreciate you.
You get what you pay for. First off, the room smelled like they tried to cover smoke smell. Then, first morning, two doors down, the fire alarm goes off. Water pouring out the room. Then the fire alarms for the building go off. Loudest noise I've heard in my entire life. Couldn't hear myself think. At the time, my girlfriend had a migraine so that didn't help. Horrible experience. We left that day and requested a refund which we were told we would get but nothing has happened yet so I look forward to a response.
Also, when we left IN a week later, we drove by here again and the fire cleanup vans were out front so it happened at least a second time.

Location to event and family
Ada room was not provided as requested on reservations. Provided once we saw room the lacked any assistance rails at all for tub and even towel rack off the wall which I assumed someone tried to grab on to for slipper tub . That room seemed a little worn and not as clean as my ada room with grab bars in and by the tub and commode .

the staff was kind part of the time.
there were drawers missing the entire thing was just gross! I’m sorry I am not one to complain but it was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in! the cabinets were sticky and filthy. The bathroom was covered in hair and so were all of the clean towels! the bedding had stains every where! the doors had splatters of I’m not sure what. The dresser in the bedroom was so messed up none of the drawers would stay shut they just kept opening over and over. Worst of all my daughter got hurt! she fell trying to walk in to the hot tub and split open her toe and ripped the entire nail off the other! When we ask for gauze and bandaids we had to pay for them and she’s sitting there bleeding all over!! it was hours before her prom she was devastated! I will never stay there again and I also got charged $100 more when I got there that I absolutely was not made aware of before hand and it is suppose to be a deposit still have gotten it back or the outrageous $500 deposit they sprung on me when I went to pick up my rental card! that they also never made me aware of! I made my reservations because it was what I could afford and then I get overcharged by over $600 I don’t know about anyone else but that is a lot of money to me and not easy to explain to my daughter why we can’t afford to go out to dinner anymore or do anything else because I had to put every penny I could just to get us there for prom and graduation. I will not be recommending or using these ever again.

location
The place was a bit dirty - especially in the rooms and hallways. There were dogs running in the hallway - unleashed. Staff thought that was okay.

It was clean and the staff was amazing ! They even had complimentary coffee and muffins.
We paid over $150 for one night, they need to be offering breakfast at this location, ridiculous!

when we arrived we were told the pool had a mechanical issue and that we could cancel or they would take $50.00 off our nightly stay. We decided to stay, they told me because I had booked with booking.com and my room was already paid that I would have to get with booking.com to get the refund as they use their credit card to pay for the rooms. this was March 10, as of April 11 and several messages I still have not gotten a response.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Plenty of parking. Elevator had its problems and once had to walk down from the 3rd floor. The bathroom door had a medium crack in it like someone had tried to kick it in. One of the drawers on the kitchen counter would not close. But the room was spacious and the chairs were comfortable. Could have easily fit a king bed and that would have been better.
We get there and the gentleman announces that you do not have a breakfast in the morning. BUT - - hes says - -you can make eggs or bacon or whatever you want in your room. you have a full kitchen. WOW - - where do I get the Dozen eggs and pound of bacon. we are travelling - - what do we do with the leftovers ??

The property looked really good, clean, was spacious, and the staff was so welcoming. There was a little confusion about rooms and they fixed it with no problems.
I mainly liked the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is right by 465 and 69 and did not seem to be in a scary location. They gave us a welcome bag with popcorn and a nutrigrain bar. The room was clean.
The pool and hot tub were out of service even though the website did not state that. There was no breakfast, and the hallways reeked of Marijuana.
