Pets can stay.
It was kinda run down, but all in all I would stay again. It was convenient.

I wasn’t told or offered any information regarding the breakfast.
I went to check out and the clerk told me she couldn’t do that and she would leave a note for another clerk and email me the bill…. I am still waiting for the email.

IT WAS WITHIN 5 MINUTES TO THE HOSPITAL MY HUSBAND WAS IN.
THE ENTRY WAS CRAMPED... HARD TO GET THE LUGGAGE CART THROUGH AND HARDER TO GET MY HUSBAND IN HIS WHEELCHAIR THROUGH.
NO ONE TOOK OUT MY TRASH, OR OFFERED HOUSEKEEPING THE ENTIRE 5 DAY STAY.
PARKING SPACES WERE EXTRA SMALL HARD TO GET IN/OUT OF CAR ESPECIALLY WITH LUGGAGE.
THE REMOTE TO THE TV ONLY WORKED SOMETIMES.
IT FELT UNSAFE... SKETCHY AND CREEPY LIKE BAITS MOTEL.
I FELT TRAPPED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE - I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

The location is near great restaurants and is in a convenient location. The hotel sits in the middle of a residential area and the location is very quiet.

The location was good and easy to navigate. Since it was a half a mile from the highway it was a very quiet place to stay.
There are washing machines and dryers for your convenience and a small gym for a quick workout. The staff was professional and friendly.
There was no breakfast of any kind offered. I was required to pay a $5 parking fee that I didn't see listed on the
booking site I used. I guess this keeps others that stay or live nearby from filling up the parking lot but Sonesta
could just give you a parking pass to display for the stay for free since you are already paying for the room.

Staff was great. Free use of laundry machines. Loved having a recliner in the room. And the room was very clean. I will stay again.

They put new asphalt in parking lot and passing the cost on the customer - 5 bucks a day. After I complained the manager said - how are we supposed to pay for it. your property your burden- don’t pass it on to your customers.

1) Modern furniture uses space more efficiently (writing table with fewer legs use up less space, even though less movable) 2) Lampshade have a small surface for holding cups and saucers 3) Room has a reclining chair (although it was a heavy one) 4) Suite came with dishes and pots 5) Infrared stove elements in-room for cooking 6) Dishwasher in-room for dish cleaning 7) Eating and cleaning utensils in-room 8) Refrigerator has icemaker (but ... see comment about room 222 below) 9) Multi-pressure showerhead in bathroom (believe there were 3 water pressures) 10) Television was mounted to wall, which saved tabletop space 11) Location was settled near some nonhotel, business buildings, and near another building 12) Nighttime availability of foodstuff was available for purchase from front desk (but ... see comment regarding breakfast below) 13) Circuit breaker in-room 14) Multiple units of stacked washer-and-dryers available in laundry room of 1st floor are conducive for long stays (but ...
A) Because the hotel was more of a live-in suite, there did not appear to be a dine-in area B) Refrigerator in room 222 did not appear to have working water flow to its icemaker C) Ironing board was missing a "foot cap" on one of its 4 feet (I reported this to the front desk, and was told there were no available footways and that no replacement ironing board was available, but that the ironing board for room 222 would eventually be replaced with one that had a foot cap, to prevent bare feet from being accidentally cut) D) The bathroom sink had a crack in it, which appeared to cause a slow leak to the ground near the toilet (I reported that the crack in the sink might be the source if the leak, even though sink cabinet's inside did not appear wet; the front desk said maintenance would be informed of room 222's sink issue) E) There was also a cracked bathroom tile, on the floor in front of the sink cabinet (crack was long, and that bathroom floor tile could be repaired in room 222) F) Digital clock was not properly set (the clock in room 222 had setting for "year", "day-and-month", "time zone", and "automatic-or-manual daylight-savings-time" which were not properly set; I set them properly for room 222; such clocks need to be properly set by hotel staff, before guest check-in, by accessing the controls for "year", "day-and-month", "time zone", and "automated-or-manual daylight savings time", which can often be found on the bottom of such clocks that have them) G) The bathroom ventilator grill appeared to be grimy or rusty in room 222 (better bathroom ventilator grill cleaning of filter is necessary, before check-in of each guest) H) The hand sanitizer dispensors, by the elevator, on each floor do not all seem to be operational (hotel staff need to make sure such hand sanitizers are operational on each floor, every day) I) Laundry room washers-and-dryers that are activated...
