Location was ideal.

Same breakfast every day...no hot cereal...dry cereal was sweet, no cheerios, rice krispies or special k. Ice machine on 5 seldom worked. Had to call down to have the room cleaned daily. Drapery did not close properly, so sunlight came in first thing in the morning...5:30am. No pen or paper available.

I read my confirmation email top to bottom several times and nowhere in it did it say there would be a $100 deposit on site after my booking was already paid in full months ago. I've never stayed at a holiday inn before but I've never heard of that anywhere else. The deposit cut into my entertainment budget for the trip, as it was an unexpected expense. Also, the email said breakfast was included in the final price that I had already paid and then on-site they tell me its $10/guest. I asked for extra pillows and towels upon arrival and had to track down a house keeper 8 hours later and still only got 1 extra pillow and no extra towels. Phone in the room didn't work. We asked for a 12pm checkout instead of 11am. Housekeeping came knocking not once, but twice within that hour. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name. I doubt I'll book at the holiday inn in the future.

The description of the room stated the rooms were sound proof, which was the complete opposite. We heard everything happening outside of our room. The description also stated the room had a private entrance, which just meant we had a door like everyone else in the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Customer service was friendly and excellent.

Hot water was insufficient but warm enough for a shower.

I liked the place but it showed breakfast and wasn't included.

Whem we got in the room the heat was on 89. The breakfast wasn't included. Stayed 2 dys and never got more towels. Also Sunday someone just came in at 830 am while we were sleeping and woke us both up. Checkout was at 11!!
