It was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, and within walking distance to several dining options.
Parking is a bit tricky if you come in late. I’m sure there is an overflow but I got the last parking spot. People who came in after me kept circling the lot so I’m not sure where they eventually parked.

The location was great. Comfortable night.
The price was kind of high for the room. Didn’t have a lot of toilet paper in the bathroom-looks like it was left over from previous stay.

Super clean, great staff, breakfast was super fresh

Comfortable beds.
The main reason for picking this hotel over cheaper competitor options was pool and hot tub, these were closed throughout our 3 day stay.

It was modern and clean. Great location for walking around Terre Haute's downtown.
Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good... enjoyed a grapefruit half with the appropriate grapefruit spoon.
The pool and hot tub were closed with no information on when they will be operational. We had specifically searched for a pool.
We also had to wait until after 5 pm to check in.

It was very nice and clean.
The pool was not open, and there is no free breakfast! You have to pay for the breakfast at the onsite restaurant!

The staff was kind and the location is good. The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was okay. Quite bland and the scrambles eggs were watery. The fresh fruit was not as fresh as it could have been it was starting to become mushy. Disappointed really. But the dinner staff was great the first night but not the following night and when I received my food the first night the salad was a nice proportion and the soup was good though they put way too much cheese on into of the tomato basil soup and the bread was soaked in butter. The second night the salad was really small, the server told me they did not have french dressing even though I had it the night before and there was no bread with the soup. It was a completely different experience from night to night.
The shower had lower presser and black slug was coming up the drain. The air conditioner was loud.

The hotel itself was nice, and the downtown location was convenient.
Around 2:15 A.M., the fire alarm went off, as well as some of the sprinklers. As we were heading for the stairs, we saw water pouring out from under another room on our floor, and it was basically raining in the lobby. All the patrons went out and stood on the parking lot and the sidewalk, waiting for the management to come out and tell us something; anything. Fire trucks came; firemen went in and left a few minutes later. There was obviously no fire, but the alarm kept sounding. Most of the patrons eventually went back inside and got the rest of their stuff (covering our ears because of the screaming alarm) and (hopefully) found another place to stay. One woman who had apparently gone inside and found someone associated with Hilton reported to the other displaced patrons that the alarm would keep sounding until the sprinkler system's reservoir achieved a particular level of water pressure, and nobody knew when this would be. So, even though it was a false alarm, nobody could go in and go back to sleep because of the constant screeching alarm...SUPPOSEDLY. This seems like a really impractical way for a fire alarm in a hotel to work, so we kind of suspected they weren't being honest with us and simply didn't know how to turn it off.
tl;dr: Everyone was forced out into the street and management handled it very, very poorly. At least they comped our room when we went back in the morning after finding a second hotel.

We liked the room until 2am when the fire alarms went off and we spent 1 1/2 hrs outside in our car.
There was a pipe that burst in the lobby. We were given ear plugs because they couldn’t get the alarm turned off. Went back to the room at 4am and tried to go back to sleep but couldn’t. Booked a room at the hotel across the street and got into that room at 5am. We were told by the manager that we would receive a full refund - Prepaid $324.60 in April 2022 and stay was at the end of July - still have not received a dime after calling Bookings.com and the hotel. They also told us the pool, which was being redone in April, would be up and running by our stay end of July. When we arrived pool was not open.

Room was very nice and clean
Pool/hot tub closed. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. Was not offered a discount for this inconvenience. $180/night and not able to use the pool. Very disappointing. Construction on outside of hotel, so we had to go around the block to enter in back door. Good thing we only stayed one night. Would be very inconvenient if we had more luggage.
