We didn’t even stay because how nasty it was .

The location .

The room was disgusting blood on bed sheets ac was nasty . Just wasn’t a clean space .

NEVER. AGAIN!!

It was close to where we needed to be.

It was filthy, run down, & the only thing edible @ breakfast was the toast, the coffee, & the juice. The yogurt was soured, the waffle mix was runny & salty, the eggs were rehydrated. The bathtub looked like they just covered the mildew with spray paint. The 1st room they gave us had a dirty toilet & spit still on the mirror. The 2nd room they tried to give us had snot in the sink & unknown substance on the mirror. The 3rd room was decently clean if I overlooked the stains on the sheets.

It wasn’t that bad but for the price it should have been better

Location was perfect. The breakfast was good and hot. They kept the patio area clean

Apparently not enough staff. Requested towels and didn’t get any. I had to personally go to front desk area to get them because my room only had 1 set of towels. The pool was not open when I arrived and I was told that it would be the next day. The furniture in the suite was badly stained.

Worse Hotel stay

Rooms are very bad. Bathrooms are worse. Not clean and all the stuff seems very old - not properly maintained. Never had a worse breakfast than this. Food even looked stale and tasted even more bad. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

The breakfast was good. Thats the only thing saving this this hotel.

The room werent cleaned very well. Walls were visibally dirty. Shower was dirty. was charged more in person than I booked it for online. Staff was ok and didnt appear to be customer service oriented.

DO NOT LOOK, DO NOT BOOK, run as fast as you can AWAY from this two cent nasty land!

Nothing, the stay was terrible! Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The strong stenches of this disgusting smell throughout the entire hotel as soon as you walk in. The bugs, (this hotel is clearly infested with cockroaches, they came out within minutes of us entering our room) The staff seem to not care when we informed them of the bugs. There was no one to assist us at the front desk on several occasions, room was dirty upon arrival and there were no towels. We had to ask multiple times for towels,finally they brought 2 towels even though we asked for three because there was three people in our two bedroom. The blankets are paper thin (worn down, down alternative comforters with all the stuffing at the bottom of it) and the beds are worse than sleeping on the sidewalk. It is basically one of those raggedy hotels on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere that you drive past really fast because it is obviously some shady stuff going on there. By the way there seems to be some shady business going on there. The hotel is not family friendly at all. The pictures online completely deceived us.

As I entered the facilities it was very clean smell clean at the entrance front desk exceptionally very detailed explaining everything and my welcome was very welcome breakfast was very well I had business at another motel I definitely come back to this hotel again

Its been in the worst hotel ever. The door was opened by Clint who assumed it was his room when at first night, neither my son nor I felt safe. In the bathroom, I discovered a cockroach, which I recorded.

Not happy at all

Area right off hwy 35 easy access to and from stores. The setup of rooms was nice.

Rooms are hot with ac running. The front area of the room never cooled. It's like a stale odor in the rooms, no kleenex, toliet running, overflow water from toliet. One refrigerator cooled but needed to be defrost. The other one didn't get cool at all. Roaches on the bed and countertop, power flashing off and on 2-3 times. limited wash clothes. The pool was dirty when told it was opened prior to going to the hotel. Breakfast could have been better. Bacon chewy, biscuits super hard, muffins had hair on it and smelled old. Need access to a microwave in the breakfast area. I really feel like I need a refund or some of my money back, especially since all the amenities were available.

Disappointing

The Man check-in me in was very friendly, he even checked us in earlier.

Mosted of the hotel smelled of smoke. The small living room in the room smell just as bad. The bedroom was not as bad. The carpet in the room was nasty. The shower curtain rod was not properly installed, so the curtain would slide down from the edges every time it was touched causing water to get all over the floor. Hook on back of door was broken.

I visit Austin often, I won’t ever stay here again.

When we checked in we only got 2 towels, no hand towels, no wash towels, 2 for 3 people. we asked them to change the bedding and towels because we stayed 3 nights and after 10 hours out at a venue we returned to our bedding still on the floor and no clean towels. I complained the next morning and all I got is “we’re sorry”.

The property was in a good location

The property was dirty and when we entered the room it smelled like mold and mildew. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and the tub was so old and dingy I didn’t even want to take a shower. thank goodness we were only there for one night and left first thing in the morning. we didn’t even get breakfast being scared that if the property was not clean the food had to be contaminated as well. For $250 for one night this place should be ashamed of themselves
