I liked that the rooms had a small kitchenette
We arrived at our hotel room and the AC was broken. The hotel’s solution was to move us to the Sonesta Simply Suites for one night, which is of lower value (apparently they were completely booked). The manager told me that the hotel would reimburse us that night for the inconveniences. When I checked out I asked the manager about the reimbursement and she told me that since I had paid through booking.com I had to tell them to ask for the refund. So far I’ve called booking.com 3 times about the refund and they tell me that the have emailed and called the property to confirm the refund multiple times and no one answers. Don’t stay here and don’t trust anything they say.

It was very close to my daughter’s apartment. And it was close to restaurants. The eating area was clean and comfortable. The area by the pool was nice. The staff was very friendly.
The bed was comfortable.
The carpet in the hotel looked like it had not been shampooed and there were big very visible stains. The carpet in my room looked dirty. I was afraid to walk around barefoot. Because of the feel I got when I walked in, I sanitized every surface and wiped down the tubs and counters because I was not confident it was clean The room did not smell clean and hotel rooms smell when you walk in. And the sofa did not look clean. In fact, I just wanted to wipe it down.
The pillowcases on my pillows on the bed had visible stains that I did not see until I turned them over the next morning. And when I did look at the fitted sheet I was appalled and sickened to see a round shaped stain that had not come out with washing. The room was supposed to be non smoking yet I smelled smoke on the furnishings and I had to spray down everything. The white curtains were wrinkled and when I walked in it gave me the feel of a cheap motel other than a nice hotel costing over $100 a night. I was just too tired to complain and by the looks of the upkeep of some if the common areas, I did bot know if taking the time to complain would get us a better room. I have never complained about a hotel I stayed in but I have never been this disappointed.

I loved the kitchen. It was nice to just step out the bedroom and make a coffee. Doors to the bedroom were great for privacy. The suite temperature was fresh. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled like flowers, very refreshing. A tv in the living room and another at the bedroom was awesome. The outdoor sitting areas were very pleasant and relaxing. The channel line up was very nice, with a good variety of shows to pick from. The large window in the living room and bedroom were fantastic. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety, and tasted yummy. The staff was very very kind and helpful. Fantastic employees
There were no drinks like coffee and tea available in the suite at any time.

multicultural breakfast, almond milk & cane sugar, kimchi & nori, comfy beds, enough space, good enough kitchen, HOT water & functional thermostat, quiet halls, NICE back patio with 2 fire pits & bbq grill. cold water upon entry with fruit to create vitamin water. Jordan's customer service was super on point. Her empathy statements and attention to detail made it easy to forgive small glitches. Security on site. The parking lot felt safe and clean. QUALITY multicultural staff.
with tax, paid $120 per night. A week-long stay discount should definitely be more like $90 per night. There were plenty of available rooms. Ever since the freeze, the main back patio door not reading the keycard- even for the managers.

Location was ideal for activities we had planned. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of parking. Staff was pleasant.
Property needs a general clean, hallway carpets are dirty. We had a problem with the AC unit and were told that maintenance would come and fix it, but then told the next evening that maintenance didn’t work till the next day. They did move us to another room, and gave a discount for the room for those two nights. The night clerk that checked us in and out, seriously needs some customer service training. She was condescending, and very abrupt. She was really the only issue we had with our stay.

WE LOVED Friday's breakfast!!! Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy. Saturday's breakfast was not quite as good. Sunday's breakfast was a little worse. The French bread sticks tasted old & were hard as rock. Sausage seemed undercooked.
Sausage links are never good in our opinion. Sausage patties are better but should be cooked more.
