Check-in was a breeze and all the front desk staff were exceptional. The room was amazing very clean and large with several comfortable beds and a great kitchen. While here we spent some time exploring the facilities and enjoyed the arcade and pool area. The restaurant on site is exceptional we had some amazing food that we didn’t expect for a hotel restaurant.

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Nice manicured lawn and greenery.
The pools and tennis courts were so ragged, uncomfortable; no umbrellas on tables, ripped lounge chair, ceiling with insulation showing, paint peeling. No cleaning service in the hotel rooms. Asked for more towels for my guests and was told I could wash them. Wasn’t clear when I booked that there was no room cleaning, that we were going to be on the very top floor and I would have to carry luggage up. Finally someone was able to help.Tennis courts overgrown.

It’s more what I didn’t like about this hotel
I’m surprised it’s 4 star hotel, this place barely meets 2 stars hotels, I will start with period blood stains on the blanket & the bed sheet! Was obvious Someone didn’t change it, luckily we had another room to to take the blanket from, there was no hot shower, the AC was on auto all night and I couldn’t change it, so almost every 20 mins the AC will stop & the room goes like oven, tried to call front desk at 1 am to figure it out because we couldn’t sleep the phone in the room was out of service at this time, I called from my phone to make reservation they answered me , the person at the front desk was nice & tried to help but they didn’t know how to fix AC and told me I have to wait until the morning, add to that the mosquitos all over the place, 4 star resort should have a proper protection from mosquitoes especially in that area in the mountain during summer.
It was horrible experience, me & my wife couldn’t sleep or relax properly.
In the morning I complained to the front desk, the lady was nice & tried to help us as much as possible, she refunded us partially which is won’t make up the nightmare we went through.

very clean. the pond with fountains was very peaceful.
the pools were freezing and could t use them. check out is at 10am. that’s very early. check in is at 4pm.

The room was an apartment very nice and spacious with a balcony
My biggest challenge here was there is no cell service and the Wi-Fi did not work. Being it was off-season their facilities didn’t have too much activity going on. So there really wasn’t much to do besides stay in the room. I thought it was pretty pricey for being off-season and all the construction they had going on.

Awesome set up here. They have great amenities to take advantage of. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
I have zero complaints.

Love this resort this was our second time staying here. Beautiful rooms wonderful admendities. We had to wait 30mins to check in because our room wasn't ready. But a woman who seemed to be of some importance came by and they upgraded our room from a 1bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom.this trip was for our anniversary so it was perfect timing. Dinner at the maple kitchen was amazing. We ate early and were the only ones there so it was perfect. Didn't get the chance to visit the pool this stay but will try next time. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place
The only issue we had was were we in the main building and it was noisy at times outside. But it didn't ruin the experience.

We were doing a road trip from Texas to Vermont. we did travel in winter so there was a lot of snow and the weather was freezing. But it look gorgeous stay was very friendly and the restaurant food taste good. rooms were very comfortable for my family of 6. They are old but very clean and they have a house-welcoming feeling.
the store could have some organic options also

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The new decor is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked. We were a large group and the facilities were perfect and helped us to have a wonderful time. The Maple Kitchen restaurant is excellent!
Smart TV was difficult to work.

Awesome value!
Nothing to not like.

The indoor pool was a great amenity but very "tired" looking. The hotel was nicely located and also had a ton of amenities, like a game room, theater, arcade but most of these things needed more attention during our stay. More staff would be better. Would stay again but would do so knowing that the property is a little dated. We needed to request a space heater in our room as there was no heat on the second floor.

Clean. spacious nice villa
nothing unfortunately there wasn’t any snow but that is not the hotels fault.

A bit of a ghost town feeling…

The room smelt like cigarettes
4.3
it was quite and beautiful.
it wasn’t cleaned as it was supposed to be. there was so much dirt and lint on the furniture, under the bed, behind the headboard. I saw this because we stayed for 3 days and two nights and I had to make my bed and clean my villa.
4.3
The hotel was excellent.
Signage to Hotel could be better.
4.3
very dated
