Loved the quality of the robe and the bathroom products.
The hotel smelled bad. The room was not as nice as the lobby. Slightly dated, was hoping for more.

The toilet roll
The breakfast was extremely bad value for money.

The high tea and room service were amazing! I loved the shower and tub. The pool was also fantastic.
There was a lot of extra resort fees adn room service fees I didn't expect

Staff was extremely rude. Daily hold charge on the card was extremely ambiguous but the staff was too rude to explain. Horrible experience and totally spoilt the WA brand

Got upgrade w/o asking. Incredible suite.
In the suite there were no dishes, glasses or silverware in the kitchen. Expected at least a few glasses to enjoy the minibar. The room decoration was a bit dusty. Granted, there's a lot to do when dusting.

Well located, not overcrowded
The room (bathroom) was not really clean

The hotel is very good overall, great location on the Strip; Clean room
There was a lot of construction; the entrance to the hotel is uncomfortable/inconvenient.

I would say this is one of the best and most affordable hotels in Las Vegas. Especially as a family and non smoker this was the right hotel to choose. In my perspective its a huge plus that the hotel doesn’t have a Casino, its more quiet and doesn’t smell as bad. The Waldorf Astoria is one of the newer hotel in the area and worth its money when you compare it with the old hug hotels around.(MGM/ Caesar Palace). The view and room of the hotel were amazing. The bathtub was stunning!
The service for a five star hotel was not as expected. I would say it was bad but they could be more friendly and attentive. At the time we were there they renovated the Lobby and we had to take a 5 min walk to get to the upper lobby and to our room. I hope that will change when they are done renovating.

Construction works ongoing. Restaurants closed for quite some days of the week.

Great location, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.
Loved everything, highly recommend 👌
4.0
The extremely kind and sweet staff
The pool and the spa
The room was really clean and the equipments were functioning nicely
The location, far enough of the strip to be relaxed but close enough of the others hotels/shops/casinos of the strip
The fact that the lobby was under construction and I was woken up every day around 7 or 8am because of the extremely loud construction noise. They should not use the rooms for the guests where we can hear everything during the construction.

We went to Vegas for a Bruno Mars concert which was right next door. It is definitely upscale from most hotels in Vegas. Riggt now, however, they are doing major renovations to the lobby and entrance and since the hotel already is sandwiched into an office building. it is a little awkward.
Staff, however was great. We got a corner suite and they had sevvice 2-3 times a day and did this Swan thing with the towels which my wife loved! Very nice room.
currently weird entry

The property was very well located for work. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
It is now a bit old and getting from the street to your room requires changing elevators and walking a bit. I had to stay one extra night, but was still forced to move rooms as the room I was in was apparently going to undergo maintenance. In fairness my rate was reduced because of this. The toilet in the new room did not flush brilliantly. Some of the staff were not particularly efficient or friendly. I did like housekeeping and the concierge though.
