I don't understand what the point of a hotel room with a kitchen is if it doesn't have the implements (pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.) and you have to order everything separately from the staff and they don't have anything in stock... In addition, the room with cockroaches. Unpleasant experience.

everything it’s like a homeless shelter please don’t stay here I’m begging everyone please read the ratings and reviews I overlooked it and that’s what I have it smell like flood water

I stayed here for 4 months when I got stuck here during that winter storm when I came to visit some people in Houston and I ended up getting a job because somebody had hit my car on the day of the winter storm on the way to check on my grandmother because she lives in a trailer and I wanted to come and get her to take her to where I was staying so that I knew she would be okay and on the way to my grandmother's somebody spun clockwise backwards into the car which was me that was behind them as we went over and overpass now me being from up North and Wyoming I know how to drive all night so I even lived in Colorado and Missouri oh my God is it cold there but so I know how to drive all nice you know it's not even not even an issue so I really didn't you know completely blame the guy that hit me so you know I didn't even going to do anything about that but beside that so I got a job because I had my car for a month I got a job at an animal hospital so I stayed at that hotel for 4 months and you know booking.

staff wasn’t friendly at all … room wasnt ready even after i checked in after 4 when i got to my room it was still being cleaned and pillows still needed pillow cases … room phone didnt work neither did the clock … vending machines are down and water fountains are out of order. I was very dissatisfied

Did not stay, no rooms available when we came for check in.

I did not get to stay at the property. when we arrived we were told there were no rooms available.

I was charged a cancellation fee when they did not have a room available for me to stay in. I WANT A REFUND OF THAT MONEY.

right by the freeway

there was people lounging in the lobby my first room was not clean the tv didn’t work the phone didn’t work my second room had baby roaches in the bathroom and coming out of the ac my third room there was roaches on the chairs the sink the bathroom they did accommodate switching rooms but each time it got worse…they have not refunded my money and now not answering the phone worse hotel I have ever staying in but extended stay obviously means people are living out of here yuck

just that it was close to my job.

pretty much everything the hall that I was did not had air, people smoking everywhere inside the building, I had a non smoking room but it didn’t felt like that I could smell the weed and the cigarettes it was disgusting . cockroaches everywhere it did not look like the pictures worst experience.

Roaches, never came to clean my room, shut down breakfast at different times, careless staff, unsafe location, I smelled gas and staff did not care!

Room was dirty . apparently housekeeping only comes once a week. Had to take out our own Trask which the Trask was full in the hallway that left an odor once you got off the elevator Was horrible. Definitely false advertisement online!!! No phone in room to call front desk. Had to ask for clean towels every morning after we took the old ones down to front desk Which that was also a problem they never had clean towels available. The room wasn't cleaned when we walked in. Our stay was horrible. To top it off there were roaches. Never stayed somewhere so horrible!!!

No Airport pick up was told that thier would be wait Hours for the room the smell of the place No Tv that work report it every day bathroom tolet broken not flush has to do it myself we call front dest they never knew anything about my room when i call front more than five times plus walked up to the clerk never haful ask for a Manger my stay was surpose to be from 20-23 had me locked out my room after returing from my Brother Funarl had to sit for a couble hours then the clerk was rule and the lady the do the room my roon was not clean the whole while of my stay my trip was turble

I like where it was located!

I had no pillows, tissue, towels, or tv remote. Had to go buy all those things myself (besides a remote). Never been to a hotel without the needed necessities.

Nasty & smelly

The location was good

First we got all unpacked, got to the side entrance and the keys did not work. A guy came up and said hold on i will let you in and proceeded to break in the door. We got in the door and it wreaked of human and pet urine. We got to the room and you could tell nothing was really cleaned. Later after i deep cleaned and disinfected the room I saw a roach crawl up the wall! It was then I decided that would be my only night there.
