Great place to stay especially if your travels were a nightmare.

Very clean and only a 1 mile from the airport. Its not often that I fly through Richmond but I would do it again if I had the chance. I would love to stay at the Sheraton again. Great experience from start to finish.

Really comfortable

The beds are really comfortable. The room was quiet. The staff was wonderful. We forgot toothpaste and they had samples packs at the desk and gave it to us.

There was an unexpected 10.00 park and fly fee I was not advised of. I am making another trip to Richmond next month for a wedding and was going to switch my reservation to this hotel but I am a little afraid of hidden fees.

Nice stay at Richmond airport nearby

Sound proof hotel, stay in the hotel barely hear outside Lovely staff, I like Mourad front desk and Bonnie from restaurant, they're both nice and sweet. Good food, strongly recommend wings your way, taste really good Convenient, close to airport

The air conditioner when working is noisy, as good sound proof, which lead to the sound of air conditioner is quite significant. Especially at middle night easily to be waken by the air conditioner.

I only stayed here because I had to. I am deeply disappointed with this particular Marriott Bonvoy stay.

Easy to get to and from airport

Was not made up every day, and not fully even after I asked. Also, there was no room service. The food at the restaurant was terrible…very over-spiced. So much oregano. So much pepper.

Convenient hotel close to the airport

The restaurant was very close to the airport and had a restaurant. The parking for the duration of our trip (2 weeks) was very convenient. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The early morning front desk manager was outstanding and corrected several mistakes made by the daytime staff. He was very positive and helpful.

The room was nice but not outstanding. The beds were very hard and not great to sleep on. The daytime staff person was very new and accidently billed for my room which was prepaid. They also did not put in the correct time for the wake up call I think a little additional training and experience will correct those problems.

After a day of unexpected challenges, Sheraton staff were friendly & efficient.

Flight was diverted to Richmond. Sheraton was ewady when we got there!!

Maybe a free breakfast for our planeload of strandees??

Is a very good comfortable hotel with gray breakfast buffet.

Location, cleanness, space for extended family, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff.

We were crunch in time, and website stated that breakfast was at 6:00am. It was a Saturday, so it was changed to 7:00am. We wait until opened ,but that push our schedule driving to New Jersey. Just update your website…people schedules are not always flexible. Further, we got there late and super tired after driving 14 hrs, and the sofa bed did not have sheets or extra towels in the room despite this reservation was made in advance with the number of adults and children on the group. When I called, I had to go downstairs to get the extra bedding,pillows, towels, etc…

This is a great hotel for access to airport.

The room is spacious. They provide a shuttle to the airport. The rooms have 2 TV.

Fine basic hotel right next to airport, with pleasant staff. But over priced for a basic room and basic amenities.

Worst experience ever in a hotel!!!!

Nothing. I had a horrible stay. Front start to finish.

The whole customer service team. Deflection and lies. No accountability. At first,the location said they couldn't find the reservation at the hotel. So my wife was stressed out trying to work with the front desk clerk, Morad. He said he couldn't find the booking confirmation in his system. He said contact Booking.com support. I was still traveling but I did, and 24 hours later, someone is getting back to me to submit my paperwork.My wife had to book the room. Her card got charged twice and the incidental fee. And my card got charged for the booking.com reservation. In total, we paid for the hotel three times. Not cool. And the front desk people throw their hands up and say it's not them. Why did the booking.com reservation go thru, if they customer service guy at the counter said he couldn't find it. I am highly displeased with the professionalism with this Hotel. I see why it has 3 stars, I give it 0 Stars. The staff member came from the back, tucking in his shirt, shirt was wrinkled, fixing his tie. He wasn't helpful, he deflected as much as he could and had an oh well attitude. Worst experience ever in a hotel!!!!

We wanted a nice meal and the manager went home

This past Tuesday nite many flights from Richmond airport cancelled so there was a deluge of passengers in the hotel. The lounge restaurant did not have any servers. Only a bartender and chef in kitchen. The place had dirty glasses and dishes everywhere. I asked Aymen the manager to clean tables. He removed 1 glass. I then wrote our order on paper and asked him to give it to the bartender to enter. He never gave it to him. After 1 hour I went to the front desk and they said he went home and next manager comes in the morning. We got a burger after 3 hours. It was a mess and no one jumped in to clean the place.

I understand there was no servers but the manager should’ve jumped in.
