Hotel was amazing..Breakfast Bar was the worst..

Breakfast Bar..complete slop..spit out the bite of the biscuit ..French Toast was COLD ..Crock Pot for the grits looked OLD AND EMPTY..had packets of instant grits..COFFEE was HORRIBLE.. seriously need a real COOK to take over..did not expect this at an IGH Hotel.. had to take mom next door to Cracker Barrel for Breakfast..TRUTH

Room was large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was nice, a little something for everyone. Staff was very friendly.

I didn’t stay i tried canceling and no one canceled it for me

Bc y’all never canceled after i booked i booked the wrong day and y’all still charged me

Very good

It was a nice place to stay quiet and easy access to places. The staff was very helpful if you had a question or problem.

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. No one at check in asked us what our preference was. Once I asked about it, they took care of it though.

I like a hot shower. Need to get a tech to work on the boiler maybe. everything else was good

Our bed is was very comfortable. I appreciate the friendly staff member Tina for being so kind to my boyfriend and I.

When I arrived to our room, it was not clean. We were able to change rooms.

Great Place to stay during family road trip

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The rooms and staff were wonderful. The breakfast needs complete revising

clean and large rooms appointed well full length mirror plenty of plugs for charging devices comfy bed large counter in bath

breakfast ran out of pastry or. muffins only apples for fruit expired milk for cereal

overall it was okay.. can’t say I would book there again. I paid a lot for the room..

the location was great.. staff was very nice

we didn’t really have hot water. could smell weed. not something I wanted to explain to my 12 year old. what that crazy smell was.

Not what I wanted!

I would have LIKED to have the free breakfast! the reason for staying there.

There was a whole girl school also staying at the hotel so we could never get a seat in the breakfast room. And the day we could, there was no food left. We walked across the street to Waffle House for breakfast.

the worst stay in a hotel I’ve ever had

It was located very conveniently to the interstate and a couple of good restaurants.

Donrea was very disrespectful to me and then I heard her do the same thing to another customer.

the room I was put in was at the end of a hallway so the outside door was loudly slamming shut continuously. fan on ac wouldn’t turn off

room was great and clean! but staff didn’t do much about our neighbors yelling and running around and banging in the wal

clean rooms!

had to call in multiple times between 2:00-4:00 am for noise complaints and the lady said she talked to them but they keep on getting worse and nothing was done. then went to check out and there was NO ONE at the desk for 20 minutes. didn’t sleep well due to the lack of disturbing people
