I wonder how Clay knew I was staying at your hotel.

Annette at the front desk is super! The cleaning staff is very kind. Rates are pretty consistent. Except when here for Paris.

I requested a room farthest from the elevator,. My room was 'directly' in front of the elevator doors. There was no complimentary coffee or breakfast on any of the mornings I was around. Well, theres a tiny restaurant in the lobby for paying restaurant patrons.

We frequent Viera. We have lived and work in the area. We generally have had positive things to say about this Holiday Inn, but on the occasion, the stay was highly unpleasant. There is an older gentleman at reception whom appeared to be doing his best to pick up the slack, but there is a younger man who even on previous visits has had no initiative on customer service.

We booked a two queen room early in the day but arrived late at night. I suspect our room was given away and we were “upgraded” to a junior suite, but the room had obviously experienced water damage, was musty, wet, and uncomfortable. The sheets were wet from the dampness in the air and the room smelled of mildew.

Location just of the I95. Excellent for travellers. I asked for a very simple breakfast… staff nailed it. Very pleased! Great beds, nice bathroom. Reception staff very warm and friendly.

Very clean and the staff was very polite.

There's was only 1 thing I didn't like. We had to pay before we stay. It's always been that we had to put the card on file, and pay after we stayed. Then we had to still pay a $50 fee. Which suposse to be returned to our card.

average hotel room but for the dirty sheets and tub it was not worth the price.

I liked how close it was to the event that we were having. I also enjoyed the friendly staff at check in.

the hotel room bed sheets were dirty as well as the bathtub. the curtains had mold around them at the bottom and tucked behind the ac unit in order to not be seen. at night the staff allowed the partying and music to go on entirely too late into the evening and refused to calm down the guests.

absolutely filthy, every inch of this hotel from the furthest reaches of the parking lot to the pool area, the entire property was a filthy mess, literal garbage strewn about outside, inside the lobby, elevators, on the hallway floors, every window in the hotel was disgusting, the pool area, at 11 am this morning had trash, food and beer bottles strewn about from the night before. pitiful. please call me to rectify Paul Lee
