Great hotel

It was quiet and it seemed to be out of the way, but wasn't. It had a very good complimentary breakfast. The room and facilities were modern and clean. The staff were friendly. The exterior had a park like setting.

We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

The location is perfect for our visit. It allows us plenty of area to walk the dog. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. Delicious coffee. The desk staff was very welcoming to us and our dog.

Ok stay with friendly staff

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The room I booked rm 230. Shampoo and conditioner were empty.. I didn't pack any knowing there was supposed to be in bathroom..and our bathroom floor was ice cold.. and wet and damp.

Other than broken items in the room and short linen, the state was great

Location, awesome staff and amenities, however there were several things in the room that were broken, including the sink was stopped up in the bathroom, the coffee maker did not work, and several outlets in the main area did not work.

Several things, broken, sink and bath from extremely clogged up, and several outlets did not work. I believe the maids forgot to leave the linen for the guest bed/pull out couch, so we had to share one set of linen.

Excellent stay-great staff-breakfast-rooms. No complaints!! 5 stars all around!!

The property is clean. Welcoming. the rooms are very “homey” super comfortable beds. the grounds are well kept. Alba at the front desk was very nice and had excellent customer service. She made us feel welcomed and accommodated. WE WILL RETURN ; )

No complaints everything was perfect! Only thing we hoped for was the basketball court as featured on booking.com

I loved the 1 bdrm suite & besides a nice outdoor pool they had corn hole, large size tic tac toe, shuffle board so we had fun activities to do w kids when in the room

Great place to stay

I loved the size of the suite, the outside patio area, and how pet friendly they were. The staff were all very nice as well. It was also very close to Canobie Lake Park, where we needed to go with our kids. It's close to market basket, walmart, dollar tree, and plenty of restaurants as well. Their breakfast buffet was really good as well.

The pool was closed the entire time we were there. My boys were really looking forward to using the pool, and unfortunately, it never opened back up.

I was I can clean, but they were stripping wallpaper and all the hallways and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night because no water pressure, water pressure. I emailed it to get conversation but they did not get back to me.

The rooms were clean in the staff was friendly

Waiting five to ten minutes to buy a toothbrush and the same thing happened just to buy a candy.

The room was large

It looked shabby. The sink in the kitchen was poorly caulked, wallpaper was falling off the walls. General lack of maintenance was evident.

I’ve stayed here before and I loved it. This time was a bit different. Not to my liking

Staff was amazing. Friendly and welcoming. Room was big and spacious

Spider in the bathroom and a nasty bug in the kitchen. Room was clean but did see those few things that I did not like. Walls must be paper thin. So much noise coming from the hallways. Breakfast was horrible too

Overall , I would most definitely stay here again, the room was definitely great and exactly what we needed.

The suite was perfect for the family to fit in with seperate bedrooms, living room and kitchen!

The halls had an odd smell , it smelled like dog pee. It was also very unfortunate that the pool was not opened and I wasn’t informed at check in and got the kids ready to go down just to not be able to swim. One of our bathrooms also smelled strongly like cigarette smoke so unsure if the previous person was smoking in the bathroom but the smell faded a little by the next morning.

The price was high for a reasonable stay.

The room was reasonably clean.

The hallways need to be aired out. The stale smell of cooked food is overtly noticeable. The pool was an odd, cloudy green. We didn't even try to go swimming.

Overall nice, family friendly hotel.

Breakfast was decent. The location was good, quiet for the most part.

Wish the pool was up and running. All the money spent we should have been discounted at least because it advertised as the pool being open and the voicemail said it would be open. We were given the choice to stay or cancel all together because we complained about the pool.

Location and cleanliness is top notch!

They need to make a better breakfast menu and layout for the prices they are charging it was very subpar. Paying those prices cooked everything is expected.

Comfy Sleep but The Rest Is Bad!!

The Serta Perfect Sleeper bed is super comfortable and the pillows too.

1)The sensored lightings were very inconvenient, especially they are all set up in 1 min sensor time. We were working on computer and had to wave every 1 min to reactivate the lighting. It is super annoying. For this reason, we will consider other hotels first in the future! 2)The continental breakfast is bad. French toasts are pressed thin and crispy (supposed to be tender), sandwiches were rubbery, coffee is not good.

under renovations but the newest rooms are done nicely.

we should have had a sofa for our room but it was back-ordered and we had two office style chairs on casters. we also had no spoons in the room.
