good quick stay and hot breakfast

Good hot breakfast, turkey and pork sausage but sadly no bacon. But overall great. Queen suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout. Front desk had to give us linens for pullout.

Our stay was relaxing and quiet! The room was nice and cool and the beds were so comfortable

Nice enough but a bit pricey, and a lot of little things needing repair.

Room was plenty big and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

The freezer in our mini-fridge and the ice machine on our floor were not working. The hot & cold water was switched on the shower (had to call to figure this out). Also, the juice/water machine at breakfast was out. The room cost us just short of $200, which to me, is not a good value for 12 hrs...

I thought there would be different things each day but it was the same thing every day.

The gym equipment to work. The ice machine on my floor was broken some of our stay.

Superb

Loved the room. Nicest we've EVER stayed in and we've stayed in many, many, many hotels before now! A+ staff and amenities. The desk clerk/Manger? Was fantastic and so very nice. Matter of fact, all your workers were. I didn't interact with the maids. The food was great but I wished you would've served scrambled eggs daily.

The mattresses were WORE OUT! Very restless night on a squeaky mattress that every time you moved it squeaked.

Hospitality a miss

The room was clean and the morning staff was very kind and helpful. They helped me carry my baby items to the car.

The person who checked us in was very rude. He literally told me I wasn’t a guest of Holiday Inn that I was a guest of Booking.com so he couldn’t help me with anything. I arrived very late with a tired and crying baby and was met with such rudeness I started crying myself. My room was on a utility floor which was a bit scary because I was alone.

The shade in for the window in room 306 does not block the light for the building. It looks like it is sunrise all night long and kept waking me up.

The swimming pool was not functioning due to the heater not working. Facility was waiting for it to be repaired.
