The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kevin.
The beds were incredibly comfortable.
Offered a wonderful breakfast, and complimentary snacks.
The elevator was broken.
You could exit out of the side doors, but not re-enter through them which was frustrating as our room was on the second floor, and we had to walk around the building multiple times to get to the stairs.

Location was good. Room was very comfortable and clean.
The cost of the room. Price gouging at it's best for a holiday w/end. One night was $340. Outrageous for a property in Alamosa, CO. Everything else was ok. Charge for dogs was $35/each per night.

Room was clean - a/c was nice and cool and the shower water was hot. The room was spacious and had a nice size fridge. Keurig in room for coffee was nice. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast was great - lots of choices from hot to cold, fresh fruit etc. Pool was closed bc we arrived during renovations.

Staff was friendly.
The web site does not indicate that the pool area is closed. Upon check in, my kids were highly disappointed as there was not much else to do in the town that evening. I asked multiple staff for some sort of compensation for what I think is false advertising (for the amount we paid, we could have stayed at a much nicer place but we chose here due to the kids wanting the pool). Room was just ok. No extra blankets or pillows, minimal towels which was not enough for a family of four. Overall I don’t recommend this particular facility. The only positive part was the friendly staff but they have absolutely no authority and there was no manager there on a holiday weekend which in the hospitality industry is very rare in my experience.

The breakfast
The pull out bed had dirty sheets still on it

Easy fast check in, simple nice breakfast options, very friendly staff, clean, comfy beds with an option to change the softness by requesting the mattress pad to be removed for a more firm mattress.
Just wish the pool was open later... but no complaints at all. Had a lovely stay.

Staff was very friendly.
The hotel is worn out. Needs a renovation.

I really liked the breakfast. Very good variety and quality.
Our room was on the highway side and there was some noise from traffic particularly trucks.

The bedroom area was okay. There were lights in the room over the nightstand, but no light over the table and two chairs. The woman at the desk recommended a Mexican restaurant that was very good. (Linda Jalisco) The AC/heater was easy to adjust. The cinnamon rolls and biscuits at breakfast were great.
The bathroom faucet had a very fine hard spray pattern that bounced from my hands onto the counter and onto me. It was hard to get enough water to rinse my hands. The shower head was ineffective; it was impossible to get an even spray that included both the inside and outside jets. I could get all outside jets with a hole in the middle or a torrent of water from the middle. Nothing in between worked very well.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable room at a pet friendly hotel. I travel with my dog and this was a great place for us.
The price seemed expensive, but I think it was college graduation weekend and I'm still adjusting to 2023 inflation pricing.

The pool, the beds were confortable, the staff found a solution, the breakfast, the breakfast staff
The price was too high for the poor experience. The sofa was broken, the first solution was not at all suitable, I had to ask for all the equipment for the sofa and I had to make the bed myself. The system to enter our new room did not work we had to call the staff again

Felt safe
No warm breakfast on a winter day.
Furniture needed shampoo specifically foot automan. Housekeeping walked in on me...a supervisor no less...to quick with her key.. The handicap parking on a snowy day would help if side isle done.

The bed was the most comfortable, the hot tub and pool was great and the breakfast was awesome . People at the front desk were very welcoming
The spa tub wasn't sanitized and cleaned throughly so wasn't able to utilize the spa tub in our room and the jets in the hot tub wasn't nothing to write home about either. Was like a hot bathtub.
