Wonderful Staff. Location was very handy. Clean and comfortable room.

Staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was amazing. I, unfortunately had to leave for a family emergency before breakfast. But the staff were very considerate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like with the exception of not getting to stay as long as I had planned.

Nothing to do with the hotel. When we arrived there was no hotel reservation. Booking.com somehow screwed up. I had a reservation confirmation number from Booking.com but no reservation for us. Caused great stress.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Close to places to eat. You will need it.

Breakfast was cut off at 8:30 a.m. which was too early in our opinion for leisure travelers. Evening services provided snacks till 6 p.m. When we showed up at 5:45 p.m., we were offered "lettuce" Yes, that is correct, lettuce, not even a salad. We went out to eat naturally. Our suite had a separate bathroom by the bedroom but there was no privacy door to the bathroom. There was no vanity in the bathroom but they had two small moveable cabinets in the bathroom that looked like they were picked up at a garage sale.

I requested a pet policy prior to my stay and never received one. I then had to sign a pet policy upon arrival and pay extra for cleaning that was not disclosed upfront. I expected a fee and to sign a policy but it would be much appreciated if it were disclosed ahead of time. Disappointed that the fire pit outside couldn’t be turned on after 8pm and that the swimming pool was inside and very small. One of the worst breakfasts that we’ve had at a hotel.

Well liked the location close to everything. Room was good size. Very nice breakfast lot of choices.

Everything was great only the pool water was like ice. I purposely stayed here with our grandkids for the pool but the water was to cold. Just thought indoor pool meant heated guess not 😏

We love having a suite not just a bedroom

We had a full kitchen and only one chair to sit in, bathroom off bedroom had no vanity or door,granted it was a handicap room but handicap people would like to look good too🙂

The location was great and the room was awesome

An alarm went off in the room and I had to go to the front desk to let them know. It was a hour or so before they came to turn it off. And it went off again shortly after that. The couch wasn't a pull out sofa.

Convenient Stay

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was exceptional.

A bit outdated. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. No streaming options on the tv. The stove was placed awkwardly so it was hard to actually cook on it.

Great! Would stay there again.

A delicious hot breakfast was a lovely surprise. Items were served and with a smile. Our server was positively delightful! She was efficient, friendly, kind, and her hospitality made the dining experience very pleasant.

Our room was handicap equipped, but there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, which made for a very not private experience which took away from the enjoyment.

I booked a queen a one bedroom king and got a studio queen because they said they didn’t have any kings when I got there. Staff just said that stuff happens but I have never had that happen in my life.
