Staff was great. Nice Room and I found the bed very comfortable. Great location and close to University.
Always room for improvement no matter where you go.

Honestly, one of the best lodging experiences I've had in quite a while and I travel a good bit. Had zero complaints. Everyone from the check in to front desk and custodians were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The AC worked great. Breakfast was so nice and such a great selection. I have 10 rooms books for a week long trip next year in another state. I sure hope I have a similar review after that trip.
A lower price is always better but our stay was definitely worth what was paid.

The beds were very comfortable and the place impeccably clean! Great location to the campus. Nice breakfast also!

I liked that they had fruit and yogurt, not only hot items.
Two elevators would have been nice.

They were both good
Rooms need to be updated
4.5
Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking with easy access to hotel entrance.
Breakfast was adequate, a typical hotel "hot breakfast" with the usual powdered eggs, turkey and pork sausage, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, and bread. They had pastries but I didn't try them. Definitely better than nothing, and a decent number of tables.
Breakfast could definitely be better, but it was typical for an average hotel these days.
Only one elevator and the hotel is 4 stories so there was usually a 2-3 minute wait for the elevator. We were on the 4th floor but still used the stairs.

The facility is generally clean and the staff is helpful. It is convenient to Clemson.
The room was horrendous. It was the king suite. It was run down. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and broken. Everything was old. The walls were paper thin - you could hear everything in the hall. If somebody above or next door flushed you heard it. I have never had this issue with the rooms here before. But this one was horrendous.

location, close to university
room in basement smelled like sour milk

We were put in a basement room, which smelled musty. Was very bizzare to be in the basement - for $300 a night.
3.5
Nice selection for breakfast. Nice sized room and very clean.
The beds are very hard, making it very uncomfortable. Too expensive.

Nothing. The hotel was absolutely horrible.
The room was filthy. Hairs in the tub, hairs in the sink, hair on the pillows. The room was not only unclean, ot was unsanitary. Disgusting and dirty.

shower had brown water. shower head was clogged with soap scum. and the toilet overflowed at the tank every time we flushed. breakfast was terrible and bagels were stale. worst Holiday Inn stay ever.

Travelling with spouse, daughter, her spouse, and baby. 2 king suites. I arrived 1 day before & saw only shower. Matthew found a king room with tub, and also provided a crib.
Pool was closed for repairs. Know how hard it is to get parts these days.
5.0
Location, cleanliness.
All good!
