Great staff!! Subpar facilities.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Great customer service.

The property is dated and needs some remodeling. We had to move rooms because the first rooms had sheets with stains and the mattress itself had what appeared to be a dried blood stain. The second room was better but there were makeup stains on the inside of the shower curtain.

Par for the course considering where I was

There was nothing that stood out about the room, service, or accommodations. The room was not made up during my stay. The day I checked out was the only time housekeeping showed up. The door to the bathroom is separating at the bottom, and the mattress was a bit lumpy. I was not told that in order to open the door, you need to lift the handle up. The overall lighting was poor. I found it necessary to turn on the light at the door, on the nightstand, and desk in order to have enough light in the room. Was not comfortable opening the curtains since others are able to see in.

Are usually like to stay at Holiday Inn expresses. This location was definitely on the lower end of quality.

Superb

Great location, clean rooms, pooland hot tub were not crowded and in great shape. Only complaint were the pillows werent comfortable for me. Bbut for the price I will be back!

I was clean and staff was really great

The pool was not open because they said the door was broken. It was open at 3pm by 7pm it was closed.. but at 630am the door was open again.Also the floor in hot tub and pool need restored paint coming off bottom.

A lot of money for a little.

It had a pool. Staff was very nice.

It was very outdated and way to much money for what you got. Not really anything within walking distance to do or eat besides sonic. A lot of money for how little you got. No outside sitting area or bar restaurant area and you couldnt get into the lougne/ library area after breakfast.

Very comfortable front desk was very nice great location convenient great price

I like that there was a pool in the employees were very helpful and nice very clean rooms were very clean and comfortable

I paid for the room on booking.com and it said it came with breakfast but the lady that was serving the breakfast charged me but when I talked to the front desk the lady said they forgot to give me the breakfast coupon and they were supposed to refund me the money and she never did. Not sure what happened there

had to move to a 2nd room--toilet wasn't working 2nd room smelled like cigarettes-- too tired to move again bed very lumpy

I will NEVER stay here again even as a last resort.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. They also have friendly staff.

Horribly outdated. The shower had mold in it and the shower head was coming off the wall. Disgusting bathroom!

Rested well & breakfast offering was plentiful.

Checking was easy & room nice. Disappointed hot tub was not available due to COVID restrictions so I was restricted to heated pool only but I really enjoy usinig both after a day is driving.

Hot tub was un available.
