Good and bad

My room staff

The way all the people was in the pool with there walk around clothes had the water looking like dirty mud water. Just allot of rules posted that were not followed. For my money I could not even began to get in the hot tub or the pool too nasty looking.

Not stocked, no service available when walking into the restaurant, only had one towel in the bathroom upon arrival, and it was loud almost all night

Could have been better

Very clean room

Was a fight goin on it the hallway on the 4th floor All night! Woke me an my kids up out of our sleep! Called manager after check out an was never called back! We never had issues at this location! But after this will not stay again!

a nice facility and conveniently located. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very professional.

the outside rear doors were not locked at dark and it appeared people were staying in the rear lot. Additionally we did not received our breakfast voucher and were advised to “take it up” with Booking. com

didn’t really get a chance to enjoy. but looked nice

they pool was broke which they didn’t tell me on phone. main reason to stay for grand kids and still made me pay. that was their fault not mine

it was rather pricey I thought and the chair in the room wasn’t comfortable either . it was like laying down almost to

convenient location and decent room

breakfast…it would have been a little better if they had kept it full but there was nothing on it except apples and a couple slices of bread.

Decent enough facility. I felt safe. Probably a little over priced for what I got.

This property is very easy to access from the main road, the parking lot is easy to navigate, it is well lit, and it felt safe

our room abutted the main area, or the lobby. There was a lot of noise out there until very late in the evening. Had I known what was going to conspire, I would’ve asked for a different room.

Great price, perfect location, room was spacious and comfortable

The breakfast was very good. There was a nice selection of food and great pricing. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for the little get away for my best friend and I.

the new staff needed more training, we had rooms charge to each other cards after letting them know who was responsible for each room!

The staff was friendly and helpful. As well as the waitress in J. Porter’s.

The jacuzzi was broken and not heated. The pool was small and the pool area had ants.

Don’t pay for the breakfast, or expect a hot tub

The lobby was very nice

As the title says paid for breakfast which they did not offer, did not get a refund, and was offered nothing not even credit. The hot tub was not working/ cold and the water foamed/ oily and disgusting. We rented for the pool and hot tub for the kids but were very disappointed. Rooms were updated but still out dated. Stayed in forth floor. Looked like a 90s room with a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom shower outdated and rusty shower head.

Clean and comfortable, but pricey with no breakfast or room service to speak of.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm.

There was no breakfast although it was advertised when I did the online booking ~ not so surprising, but it makes the price high. No one checked our room all day. We had to go ask for clean towels.
