Simple, and serves its purpose.

Location was good, and convenient to shopping and food.

The bathroom was dated, there were needed repairs to some of the drywall.

I was told upon registering at the desk that some renovations were being done. When I got off the elevator on the 2nd the first thing I notice was the table in the lobby full of dust then I looked down the hallway there was debris all put aside in the corridor. The smell was very musky and the carpets were not clean. Upon entering my room there was a like a sewage smell . I found 2 bottle tops on the floor near the bed. Apparently the cleaning staff miss it. If it had not been late when I checked in , I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

Found big dead cockroach and staff was not even bothered by it...

Me and my family stayed at this hotel and from the start the front desk staff was very rude towards my family, I booked 2 rooms for over $500 for one night and we even found a big dead cockroach upon entering the room, we took pictures and videos, went to addressed it with front desk staff and they treated us like we were crazy did not even granted us to move rooms we had no choice but to stay because we were traveling from out of town and had no other choice since everything around the area was completely sold out. We left very early morning and will not return.

The service was terrible the front desk was rude the second day the room was not cleaned no towels coffee or shampoo. The carpet of the room was not cleaned for long period and so the corridors and the elevator smell mold. I will never come back to this hotel

Very nice

I made the reservation through Booking.com while sitting in the parking lot and paid with PayPal. The hotel did not have my payment when I checked in but took Care of me and called Booking.com to straighten it out.

We recommend this hotel!

Everything met our needs! The most important elements- location, cleanliness, comfort of beds, shower, breakfast, and staff helpfulness/friendliness were all excellent!

There was nothing we didn't like! This was a repeat stay for us, and we wouldn't have returned if there were things we didn't like!

Easy in and easy out

Breakfast staff was fantastic and especially for it being so busy. We stayed for a softball tournament for my daughter with a few other families. They all enjoyed the stay.

Passable

I find that pet deposits are extreme and sometimes charge more than the cost of the room. These are, also, non-refundable meaning they are not a deposit at all but a charge.

overall it was good, would have been so much better if the beds where comfortable.

clean, nice staff, good breakfast.

the beds where not comfortable, the pillows where horrible. I did not get a good night sleep. my mother had the same issue. We got up in the morning with our backs bothering us.
