Just okay!

Location was great, staff was friendly.

Both our rooms had a musty smell, if we were staying more than just one night we would of changed rooms, but it was late and we were tired. The A/C worked great when we got there, but we like to sleep cool (as most people do) and the A/C seemed to run much warmer even though the temp was set lower. Beds were okay, but none of us slept well.

Location & Friendly Staff

No coffee in Lobby. Had to buy it at restaurant. Hot tub didn't work. Bath tub in room had non skid stickers that were rolling up & loose.

Wasn’t that enjoyable.

Easy to locate good location.

We didn’t have tv or internet the 2 nights we stayed. I talked to the front desk several times they said they would send someone or come fix the problem their selves. But that never happened. We travel a lot and we stay in your hotel often but after this trip we might look else where.

Staff was friendly!

The building needing repair. Holes in ceiling, walls. stains on carpet in hallways. Soap bottles ripped down from mounting. Windows and seals were very dirty rusty.

I have previously stayed at courtyard and there was a coffee bar made available. Coffee was available in the room but the coffee bar was a nice convenience.

Definitely would recommend largely in part to staff!! Plus comfortable bed! And convenient!

Staff gets A++ Mattress was so comfortable! Linens felt great!! Room and bathroom was very clean!! Eye to details! We did not utilize the bar or restaurant but was so convenient.

Property is a bit dated.

Location

Paid for room with balcony, received room with patio. I was told a patio and balcony were the same thing...Hmmm....room was clean and looked nice, but air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Also bathroom fan was unbearably loud. I've never stayed in such a noisy room and I work for an airline and travel everywhere.

The hotel was nice but the walls were paper thin and we didn't get much sleep.

Location was ok. Liked it was by cracker barrel.

Room had a joining door to another room. We could hear the people talking loud right through the door, like the door was open and they were in our room with us. The walls were paper thin and we could hear them for hours talking loud. It was creepy and we couldn't sleep! We had to leave the hotel earlier than expected and as it was a horrible experience.

Nice staff

Hot tub was down and didn't find out until after checking in. I searched specifically for a hotel with a hot tub. Spent 2 days looking for hotels to find out after charging my card that the hot tub was down. When that's the case I feel it should be listed.

it was just ok

the location

room was extremely cold, thermostat did not work. I called prior to leaving home to see if the pool was open for my daughter (being January and Covid closures) they said no it was having maintenance done. we check in and the hotel staff tells us the pool is open until I think 10pm. my daughter was so upset, we didn’t bring a swimsuit due to being told it was closed. in the way to our room we walked past it and there’s a sign in the door that it’s closed. may not seem much to an adult but it was to my kid.

Still a good stay- comfortable bed

had a pool and the food in the bistro was good. plus it had easy access from the highway

TV didn’t work- shower had hair on the wall and a stain on the carpet by the chair. Also alarm clock couldn’t be set. Couldn’t cover the window with a non see through drape
