I booked this room a while ago. I asked for a certain size bed. When I got there the clerk proceeded to tell me they changed my request. He could do anything about it because I booked through booking.com. also, People woke us up in the middle of the night banging on doors and hollering down the hall.

Clean and there was an indoor pool.

I wish they would serve a good breakfast instead of packaged meals. And when I booked the room on the web it had two rooms where a door would be dividing the rooms and plus it was bigger. When we got the key it was sad and disappointing. The room was smaller and the only thing dividing the rooms was a wall waist high.

Our toilet was broken. At first we had to take the lid off the tank and reconnect the chain. Then that quit working. At that point we had to go down by the front desk to use the toilet. Staff was kind but told us they had no other rooms so we couldn't be moved. A manager was supposed to reach out to us but did not. We had to pay full price, over $170 for a room that we couldn’t use the toilet. Completely unacceptable.

The room was extremely clean and a very good size for the price. When asked we were supplied with an extra cot for one of our friends for no additional cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint about the hotel room was that I wish the curtains supplied a little more coverage and privacy—the sun woke us up early and because we were on the first floor I was a little freaked out by us being so visible to people in the parking lot. This is a VERY minor complaint though!

Location was close to our destination.

The pool was so chlorinated that it not only burned your eyes just being in the room, but it actually changed the color of a child in our party's bathing suit. We were in town for a soccer tournament. During our entire stay management was breathing down our necks and treating us as we were intruders in frankly what I would describe as an overpriced hotel. We could not linger in the hallway to have a conversation about dinner plans during mid afternoon without managment coming upstairs and asking if we were leaving. Additionally, a child in our party skinned her knee and asked for a bandaid, after which she was told she could not swim on the pool with an open wound. Managment followed her and her mother all the way to the elevator to police whether or not they were going back upstairs to their room rather than to the pool.
