Was in a good safe area with plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Lobby was clean as were the rooms.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom as well. And very close to the hotel (walking distance, 200 meter) there is a restaurant, the Springfield Grille, where we had an excellent dinner. Breakfast in the hotel was okay.

Need a sign closer to street, drove right past. Sign sets in too close to building & can’t see for trees. Wasn’t looking up on building, too much traffic.

I was traveling with a friend for a conference and we stayed here for two nights. We both slept extremely well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was very quiet, the AC worked well and wasn't loud, and the blackout shades worked well. We appreciated not having to go out for breakfast and there was more than enough choice The manager, Teri, was very accommodating and helpful. The location was back from main traffic artery, but the hotel was still close to everything. The room was clean and large. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We chose this hotel over others because of the pool and were quite disappointed when we arrived and were told that the pool was closed.

Have stayed here before in December 2022.. Nice size, clean room. Staff was very freindly and professional.
The phone service and internet was out and made check-in impossible. Thought there should be a manual system available.

I called before I booked the reservation. Asked if the pool and everything was open. I was told yes. I get there, checked in and see the pools drained.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Staff most helpful. Very quiet location. Although I booked two rooms via booking.com booking.com reserved only one room for us. The staff was able to give us a second room at the same rate.

The location had a lot of stores nearby
Overall poor experience as the rooms are dark and dreary. I always swim and I was told the pool had been down for maintenance for 3 years. There were a lot of thing on back order for breakfast but a grocery store right up the road. I stay at a different Hampton nearby 3-4 nights a week for business and have a totally different experience.
