Loved the fireplace in the lobby and firepit outside. Very nice and welcoming staff. They also had hot apple cider from 5 to 7 each evening in the lobby with cookies.
There was nothing I did not like it was a great stay

Great location on the river just far enough away from the congestion of the parkway. The room was clean and decently sized. Breakfast had a buffet and cook to order option - the food was pretty good too.
Typical hotel beds, not terrible and not great.

The staff at the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful! So kind and helpful, they really made my day. Also great amenities and easy access to downtown.

Very clean! Felt like home !
We are used to our memory foam bed at home. Not much gets better than that. The beds were soft but not very soft. Wasn’t dissatisfied though

Room, Breakfast, Parking and proximity to attractions!
Front Desk Check in did not state the incidental charge amount as we have experience elsewhere.

Everything was clean and walking distance to everything!
There was a mix up with our breakfast being included! The manager Saturday and Sunday 4/12/-4/13 didn’t seem to care had horrible customer service skills and offered no help or consideration! We just paid for our breakfast which is fine but the inability to even show any consideration to the issue or try to help find a solution was concerning! I have never came across a manager that didn’t try to help find out what happened or what the issue was. It was oh sorry nothing I can do!

Loved the location, walking distance to everything! The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the sitting area inside and outside with the fires. The kids loved the pool also!
I thought i read on the website that all rooms had a balcony or patio, we didnt get either. Also, we had to call the front desk to figure out how to get the jets on oir jacuzzi to work. They said the button panel on the wall by the bathroom controlled it, nope..we finally figured out those buttons controlled our window shade! The buttons on the wall by our TV controlled the Jacuzzi jets! They really should label their button pads so guests know what operates what. That is why i gave my review a 9. Overall it was a decent stay.

It’s was an excellent hotel. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub.
The mattresses were way too hard. Neither one of us got much sleep and when we did we would wake up hurting

Everything was great.
The bed could use upgrading. But it wasn't unbearable.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean.
Loved the lobby seating area around the huge fireplace. .so nice on those cold days and nights of Feb.. Also liked the on site restaurant and bar. Very modern, and stylish.
Truly I was so dissapointed in this hotel becuase I assumed it being a Hilton, it had to be awesome. It was our 14th Wedding Anniversary trip and I am usually not one to complain about anything but I personally hated this hotel and the parking lot area. I did not like the fact that there is no direct walkway, entrance to the main parkway from the hotel. My husband and I who are in our mid 60's had to walk the back street to get to where we wanted to go which is ok if you are young without any health problems and don't mind walking long distances just to find a good place to gain access to the main parkway. I think the hotel is way over rated for the price we paid after taxes about 300.00 a night after Feb 14th and The rooms are on the smaller side. I can't even imagine the price in summer and fall. We were charged an extra $50 fee for pool and hot tub use that was supposed to be refunded if we didn't use and we did not because they only have one small hot tub and it was always full..Hated it's location also because anyone in the drive way entrance can see you whether driving or walking. We never got refunded at check out or ever afterwards and we never used the pool either.. it wasn't even mentioned at check out.. i think they should have asked if we used them or not. We didn't think about this stuff until days had passed. The mini fridge is exactly that, the smallest imaginable. Don't plan on storing anything much. Will not hold it. Will barely hold a.left over meal or anything at all, so Better bring a big cooler with you and have plenty of ice for it.. Honestly the Edgewater Hotel was a much better value for the money and I know because we stayed there also. We also paid extra for the breakfast because we didn't want to worry about walking or driving early hrs. For breakfast. We had a choice of taking either the buffet or a direct order from the kitchen. The 1st. Day we ordered from the kitchen, an egg omelet. Not good.

Breakfast was fine, staff was great at front desk and in restaurant
No complaints other than the buffet price is high for not having bacon available. You had to order breakfast for the bacon.

The rooms were very clean. Loved that they had a keurig in the room. The beds were very comfy. Staff very friendly
the only negative was you had to pay for breakfast and we figured the buffet meant everything. I got two pieces of bacon they charged me $3. That was misleading when you pay $12 or $13 for the buffet and you can’t get the bacon. That really put a bad taste in my mouth.

Everything about this facility was fantastic
From the breakfast thru the hot tub in the evening
All of the Staff was exceptional
Front Desk was super accommodating and knowledgeable of the area.
Housekeeping was prompt thorough courteous and friendly.
Chefs and servers were welcoming and friendly and attentive not only at Breakfask which was served fast even with our large party and a full house, at lunch as well which was actually quite delicious.
This was the true Hilton Experience which was amazing especially at this difficult time of finding quality employees.
Someone is doing something right !
Thank You

Breakfast is good for the price. Location is good. Can easily walk in the center that saves parking fee.
The Room is dirty. Sheets weren’t clean. Dust everywhere. Piece of cereal on sofa bed has been there and obviously, they didn’t change sheet from previous guest. That piece of cereal has been mentioned Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Dana came in to our room with rag and spray. All she did was pick up the cereal and change the sheet. The dust is still there. Useless! I could pick up myself but my point is, I didn’t remove for me to know if they really clean it or not. Lady bug crawling. What if that thing crawls inside in one of our ears while sleeping? Instead of cleaning our room, Dana recommended to check us out the next day. I could, if she would refund all the tickets I bought for my girls activities. We end up shortening our stay. I can’t stand being there anymore. Worst Hilton I’ve ever been to. Remove your “Hilton Garden Promise” because it’s not even true.
