Did not meet the price point expectations, will chose another hotel next time as there are plenty

The location is excellent for my purpose. Easy access from US 23. Surrounding area offers many options

The breakfast was very ordinary. The hot items, Sausage and Eggs were lukewarm at best, little taste. Coffee was ok. Not what I would expect from this price range. Stayed with Fairfield many times over the years, not in the Toledo area, and have always been very satisfied

So convenient to food and gas stations. I don’t stay anywhere but marriott. lives up to the marriott standards

Very good, I’d definitely stay there again. Just a few minor things.

I Staff was friendly and facility was clean.

Ice only available at the desk & the pool was closed. I could understand if we were deep in the throws of Covid but that’s not the case. We travel frequently and kids look forward to a pool & this is the only hotel who’s pool is closed (and with just a sign on door, no head’s up.) This was a HUGE (along with lack of ice) downside. Fortunately it’s my only complaint because everything else was great. One side note: I’ve stayed at many of this chains other hotels & for some odd reason, their definition of a Queen size bed at this location is FAR different than any of their other hotels and hotels in general. We asked for a two Queen bed room, what we got was a room with two full sized beds, most DEFINITELY NOT queen size.

This hotel is a 90's gem that offers great accommodations at a very reasonable price.

This is an exceptional facility, still in its original 90's style but quite well maintained. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. What makes it exceptional? Large room, walk areas nearly twice the width of comparable hotels, a bathroom large enough for two people to move about. The bathroom still sports a real door with garment hooks on the inside--not the faddish, clumsy sliding barn door with no hooks for your clothing. Our King suite included a sitting area with writing desk. TV pivots toward sitting area or to the bed. Refrigerator included a small freezer (often not offered). All in all, very comfortable stay. And staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Breakfast could be improved. Short offerings in fruit; omelet was cold in the center. Positives include the usual sausage, waffles, pastries, beverages, etc.

Nice, comfortable, easy access to I-80

Breakfast had good variety and was ample. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room and bed were comfortable and room was very clean.

A little more attention to the corners of bathroom with some paint would have helped it not look too aging

Awful

The quality and cleanliness of the propertiy did not meet expectations or the information featured online. The room was directly across from the elevator which impacts privacy and noise. Also room was across from storage room. The door was open and it was clear to see it was not clean. The room had a MUSTY smell that was awful. I wasn't comfortable at all but didn't have a choice and had to stay because refund was not an option. If we were aware beforehand of the quality of this property this would not have been a choice. We went to the manager on duty to discuss our concerns. She was very short and quite rude with her approach and response. She was not helpful or accommodating at all. We tried to let her know this concerns were not personal for her. She continued to be disrespectful. The time at the hotel was awful.

Not a good nights sleep

I booked the hotel for a couple days and was in Toledo to take my nursing boards. The staff was great by moving my room to the 3rd floor so I can study. However, I ended up having to switch rooms at 1am because a family was arguing for hours through the night. When I was moved, my new room did not have a fridge or a microwave for my drinks and food. Needless to say I didn’t get the sleep I was hoping for before the biggest exam of my life.

Location is great and has healthier choices of food very close by like Panera and Starbucks. I did not like the room without a fridge or microwave. I prefer to eat healthier and less out. But I was forced to do so the day of my exam.

The covid breakfast was underwhelming. But maybe that's the standard at fairfields and I'm used to pre covid residence in breakfast buffets. Side door was broken to get back in the building.
